They need more help or better training. It pretty bad when you sit in drive through 8 min or longer when you get to food window you have to park and wait another 5 min this is happening a lot 34 times in last wk cars are pulling out and leaving 45 at a time has. To cost co money I will not be back good luck
Last week, was not given my complete order. And, the hash browns were so over cooked, they were inedible. Today, hot coffee was spilled on my son because the employee didn’t close the lid, and said it was happening all day. And, I apparently have paid for large fry container without the additional fries. This job should not be that difficult
