I dine here frequently and have never had an issue. This location is well managed and staff is well trained. I only go here for breakfast and lunch, so I have no knowledge of the dinner or late night service.
Always fresh and hot.
This Wendy's has been doing really good lately. The last few visits have been some of the best fast food I've had. They switched rolls to potato and switched some ingredients on some things, and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is the best it's ever been

Wendy's in Waynesboro is a favorite spot for many customers due to its fast, friendly service and excellent customer service. The drive-thru is efficient and accurate, making the experience enjoyable. One popular choice is the Cindy's Favorite meal, which includes a large chili with hot sauce and crackers, as well as a cheese and bacon baked potato with butter and sour cream. The food is tasty and the staff is accommodating.
However, the restaurant can get overwhelmed during busy times, leading to slower service and confusion with online orders. The staff does their best to keep up, but more organization is needed to streamline the process. The manager was apologetic and offered free cookies to make up for the inconvenience. Despite the challenges, customers appreciate the efforts of the hardworking staff and plan to return, albeit avoiding peak hours. The parking situation is limited on the restaurant's side, but ample parking is available in the larger shopping complex nearby. Baked potatoes were dried out and tough, tasting like they sat all day. The chicken sandwich was small and fairly dry. The morning staff hasn't been the most friendly. Overall, Wendy's offers a great meal with fast and friendly service, making it a popular choice for many.
