If I could do a zero, I would.This place is absolutely ridiculous. The GM uses the “F” word consistently when she is correcting her people which includes some minors The AGM is bi-polar and could use some medication.The rest of the staff is clueless as to how a restaurant works.They constantly complain about how things aren’t done right, yet they just starting the training that should have been done along time ago! They drop the ball and blame the employees that things are terrible: imagine that? I would not recommend for anyone to work here or even allow their children to get a job here. This place definitely needs to be weeded out and start over.

Went through the drive thru this morning. Worst customer service. I ordered got to the window the guy didn’t even know what my order was told him what it was he still had no idea. He had the worst attitude. Pulled to the second window and just received a random order. Do they even interview these people anymore. They have no customer service skills. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The location was overwhelmed with customers that night and was extremely slow service. Everyone was doing their best to keep up, but it was very difficult to keep everyone satisfied. I would urge them to stop allowing online orders if they are that bombarded with walk-in and drive-thru customers and keep up with orders. We arrived and were told to go inside for out online order, but when we got I side there was a line of 6 people already waiting for their orders. No one made us aware that we had to let the one (1) cashier, that was working the counter for walk-in service, that we were there for an online order. We were expecting to jusy walk in, go to "online orders" pick-up kiosk area, and grab our order. When we had waited for over 30 minutes, we decided to ask where our order was and that was when we were told that we needed to check in before they made our food. Seems like a waste of time to place an order online and then still have to wait even longer for them to make the food as well. More organization is needed at this location. Sean, the Manager on duty, was very apologética and even offered us free cookies for the extra hassle and tome waiting. No one will ever be perfect and we understand they were extremely busy for a Friday night, but a little organizations would go a long way for them at this location. There were so many people making rude and disrectpectful comments to the workers about their extra long wait time, but that was not appropriate and we stated to them, after we got our food, to just keep doing the best they can and don't let the negative and rude customers ruin their efforts to serve the good customers. Will definitely be back again, but definitely not on a Friday evening rush hour.Parking: Not many parking spots on their side of the store, but plenty of parking next to them because they sit in a larger shopping complex.

Great meal, tastes good, fast friendly service.Parking: Several parking spots around the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with wheelchair. Handicap spots available with curb cut ramps and minimal thresholds.

This is the first time I have tried breakfast there and it was awful. I got a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin and the bacon tasted very old and I don’t know what kind of cheese they put on there. It was horrible and the muffin looked like it just came out of the pack and not toasted or baked or anything. I tried to eat it, but ended up throwing it out.
