There is one young man working there that is nice as can be, but EVERY TIME I have encountered him at the drive-thru, there is dirt under his fingernails. It is totally repulsive. Management needs to address the importance of proper hygiene. If an employee cannot maintain a sanitary presence at the drive thru, I don’t even want to think about the lack of care when handling the food. It is disgusting!!!!
Waited 10 minutes to order while staff talked to each other on the headsets. She was up front by the counter but made no effort to take my order while waiting on other customer’s order to be made
