I don't know if they can improve customer service.... I was in this establishment about a week ago... and a mentally challenged man was enjoying the buffet - until he asked for a bag - and then the girl working the register (the nighttime manager) was breaking her neck talking about him trying to take a few pieces of chicken home - I felt so bad for that man - everyone could clearly hear this woman talk about him not being able to take food home.
