If you loved the Native Bagel, you will not want to eat at Arise Cafe. I visited on 10/18/25, and I was extremely disappointed in my food. Someone in my party ordered a large grilled chicken salad and received a small portion of lettuce with some pre-packaged croutons, shredded carrots and cheese, and cold cubes of chicken that were too big and cold to bite through. The same chicken was on my chicken Caesar wrap, and it was also difficult to eat. The prices were also very high for the portion sizes and quality of the food, and I will be trying another restaurant when I return to Wellsboro. Stay away!
Best bagels anywhere!

I stopped by here because all of my plans fell through. I wanted a simple berry bowl and they delivered. The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet and there is plenty of space between the tables. My Berry bowl did take 26 minutes to arrive but I'm going to say that I think I ordered it at an unlucky time because they were also doing a lot of smoothie and other Berry bowl orders and I believe they only have one or two blenders but I could be wrong. Since I was absolutely in no hurry I did not mind the wait. what's important is that the bowl was delivered at the perfect consistency with very fresh fruit on top and was presented perfectly.

Cute little cafe, easy to get to with parking out front and so many options. Had the sausage egg and cheese wrap with a cold brew and it was delicious!
Impressions of the cafe is that the food is adequate. Drinks are ok. The locals/customers as well as few of the staff are enjoyable. Other staff is standoffish and unfriendly. Not a place I would want to go again.
Cutest little coffee shop ever, amazing service, amazing food!

This was a really nice cafe with excellent food. They stayed open later due to the festival in town, which was definitely worth it.It was very clean and very crowded. However they were still friendly and food did not take too long

Nice surprise of a cafe with good food and coffee to fuel up after backpacking the West Rim Trail from south to North. Always good to get some scratch made food and fresher brewed coffee after eating trail food. Very nice staff. Plenty of seating and local crafts and items like maple syrup for sale. The warmed cheese Danish was great along with the turkey, bacon, cheese panini.

Food was very good, nice and fresh. The staff was warm and friendly, very efficient. Needed to have handicapped accessibility, which was a little difficult with a wheelchair. Fixing broken concrete at the doorway as well as more room between door and wall would solve this. That being said, we wound up at the Cafe because finding accessible entrance was difficult everywhere we tried in town. Cafe was a off the beaten path, and very nice.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not super easy, but doable.
