Our MC group spent the weekend in Wellsboro and Harland's was recommended by our motel (Canyon), They accommodated our group of 12 both mornings (we called ahead). Food good,, service (our waitress Sam is great!) is very good, prices reasonable. We only ate breakfast there but the menu looked good for other meals too. If you stay at the Canyon there's a discount.

We tried to have dinner here our first night in town to find it wasn't open - although information online said it was. We made it a goal to eat here, so had breakfast on our last morning before heading out. We had a good meal of eggs, sausage, and toast. We enjoyed it and the prices were very reasonable. They have a number of items on the menu so whatever you like for breakfast could be had here.

Quaint small town eatery that specializes in great hamburgers, but study the menu as there are typos on the pricing. The 4 of us each had a hamburger & they were great. Our server, SaraJay, was exceptional and very upbeat in her manner. They do NOT sell COKE products which is a huge negative for this reviewer. They have a tremendous pie selection, but hard to fit dessert after the huge hamburgers. So, a great place for just dessert, too.

Great food, rock solid service in a family- style restaurant setting. The burgers are fantastic and the mac n cheese is creamy and delicious. Their chips are homemade.

Arrived in Wellsboro and looked for a place for lunch. Wandered in and glad we did. Wait staff was friendly and fun. The pancakes looked outstanding but we ordered the Rachel with homemade chips. Was by far the creamiest Rachel I ever had. The chips were crisp and warm!

Limited menu. Food is of low quality. Prior reviews are misleading. Had an Italian hoagie and I had to ask for tomatoes and lettuce and was told those were not included.

We stopped in for dinner. The service was good and food was delivered in a timely manner. I had the pork ribeye. It was cook to perfection! My sister had the hot roast beef sandwich and husband had a cheese steak panini. Both said they liked what they got.

Cute, local restaurant in downtown Wellsboro PA - a place you must visit during your stay to see the PA Grand Canyon. Our waitress was fantastic. She was very friendly and upbeat - great sense of humor. Quickly brought our drinks and took our order for breakfast. The food was fantastic. I noticed all 3 waitresses were equally pleasant and welcoming to all the guests. I wish I would have discovered this restaurant at the beginning of our stay instead of as we were heading for home. Alas, we live 3 1/2 hours away. However, WE WILL BE BACK!

We have visited Wellsboro many times over the years as my sister and brother-in-law lived in Middlebury Center. In November 2021, we visited again, and before we left we stopped at Harland's for lunch. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was good. We enjoyed a good meal, and we will return. However, the courtesy of the manager was outstanding. When we left, I forgot my favorite hat. The staff kept that hat, and after several attempt to have a friend retrieve it, we called the restaurant, and the manager mailed it to me. Service beyond the ordinary.

best breakfast you will ever have, best food in town. waitresses are all very friendly and welcoming. my favorite go to is the two pancakes and two eggs combo with a side of sausage. it's to die for. i'll repeat, it's the best breakfast i've ever had. 10/10 recommend!
Not many options for a breakfast in town so we tried Harland’s. It was great! The staff was friendly and efficient, coffee was hot and there are nice menu options. We liked it so much that we went back for breakfast again on our second day in town!

They have a "wait wait, wait" sign just inside the door. They let my wife stand there with her cane for quite a while before telling her to seat herself. After I finally found parking I joined her. And again it took a while before we were approached by a waitress. I guess because 2 waitresses were "busy" joking with locals at another table. To say the service was bad would be an understatement. As for the food it was normal priced but overpriced for quality and quantity. I ordered a bacon and cheese omelette which was more just bacon in an egg wrap with cheese melted on top. It did not even come with potatoes. It did come with toast but since the milk I ordered never got delivered I only ate 1/2 slice. I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly would never go back again
