I was nervous when we first walked in because it did not seem very busy. Our waitress was fantastic. The food was super delicious. They make a very good brushetta. I had the apple brandy pork and it was so full of great flavor. The pork was well seasoned and the brandy apple topping was perfect. If you are near Wellsboro PA this is a great place to eat.
This weekend we decided to stay in wellsboro while seeing the Pa Grand Canyon. We walked around the town looking for dinner and decided to go to The Roost, upon arriving there we were told it would be an hr wait so we decided to walk and find a quicker option. Food and service were excellent, especially given a busy day such as the Laurel Festival. I had the Buffalo Chicken Panini, which was delicious. My husband had the Firecracker Wrap and my parents got sandwiches as well. All delicious, and our waiter Terrance was attentive, polite, and caring. This was our second time here, and first time was just as good as well. Thanks for a great lunch!
