“If you love pasta as much as I do, you will love this place! The best Friday comfort food is PASTA. We recently visited Calabria Italian Restaurant and fulfilled our carb craving! A great Italian restaurant located in Wernersville, PA. They have a great variety of dishes from traditional pasta dishes to delectable entrees, pizzas, and cocktails. What we ordered:-Fried Calamari: Lightly tossed in flour and fried-Bruschetta: Housemade diced tomato, onion, basil mix with olive oil, over crispy Italian roll with balsamic glaze-Shrimp Scampi: Shrimp in a white wine garlic sauce-Chicken Parmigiana: Colossal chicken breast hand-poured and hand-breaded-Gnocchi: with Alfredo sauce-Espresso Martini-Follow @centralpafoodie on Instagram for more PA food reviews & pictures!“
“Tosco’s has amazing food. I’ve never purchased anything that I didn’t like. A few weeks ago they accidentally gave me the wrong Stromboli. The manager immediately fixed it by offering me a free one next time I come in (it was too late to take it back because we were already back home).“
“Changes in ownership has definitely decreased the food quality. The in-house made breads and other small, but equally special touches to the menu are missed. That doesn't mean the food is bad. Just not as good. Service is great, friendly and fast. The atmosphere has changed a bit, but neither good or bad, just different. No longer a weekly go-to, but a ok place to drop in from time to time.“
“Great little out of the way place. We were brought here by friends and loved the place. Nice wait staff, Leonardo was great. Food was awesome, homemade pasta made fresh daily. If there is a complaint it's a little cramped, but other than that, well worth it!“
“We have eaten at Salute several times and each time we have been welcomed warmly and seated in a timely manner. Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. My wife had the Chicken Marsala and I had the Short Ribs Ravioli. Both were wonderful and tasty. The bread served with dinner was to die for even though it wasn't on my diet. Overall, we had a wonderful time and appreciated the owner checking to make sure we were satisfied. This is a wonderful to eat.“
“The best pizza anywhere! I have been going to P&J's for the past 15+ years and Pete and John have put in the work to make sure that the quality of their food is second to none. We are enjoying a pizza with bacon, as well as a side order of sugar donuts as I write this. I cannot express just how good it is and how blessed this little town is to have a restaurant like P&J's. Extremely well done!“
“Our server Alexa was fantastic! She was extremely personable and helpful with discussion of menu items. The servings are family style and extremely large. The atmosphere was very family friendly, but also a great spot to finish out our date day. We will definitely be returning.“
“The food is pretty good, not the best pizza you'll ever eat but definitely a great atmosphere and we always have great service. In terms of Italian, there are other places I'd go for a pasta dish or something related, but for Pizza there really aren't many options that are better along the Avenue - give it a try!“
“best pizza place in the area! like i seriously never ordered this much pizza before i moved. their vegan cheese is delish and theyre always incredibly accommodating for any gluten free or vegan request! amazing staff everyone is always super “
“We bought two 'Good Vibes' tour passes and this was one of the establishments involved in the tour.We are "new-ish" to the area and have probably driven by this location dozens of times and never considered to stop. What a mistake!Ten West has a very nice variety of pies and other choices without being overwhelming. My friend and I opted for the thin crust. He also had a slice of the grandma pizza. Both were good but, I preferred the thin crust. It was a near perfect slice of pie with "barely there" dough and a nice amount of sauce and cheese. We also took home a meatball sub and a personal stromboli. While my friend didn't care for the meatball sub. (Reheated seemed to lose something in translation), I thought the stromboli was delicious! I'm not a fan of loads of tasteless dough with very little meat. I'm not sure what they do to their dough but it was delicious and the fillings were just right. The staff was extremely friendly, answering all our questions. I'm unsure if it was the owner singing along with the radio or the cook but it was delightful! The seating was ample for the off- hour we dined but may not be adequate for large crowds. It's nothing fancy and it shouldn't be. In general everything seemed very clean.Parking was very convenient and sufficient. As a bonus to the experience, a train went by while we were dining and the building shook! We will absolutely return!“
