“We had a wonderful experience working with Tess and OsoSweet Bakery! My friend and I ran the Tough Mudder held a few miles away, and thought it would be fun to celebrate our success with a sweet treat. We ordered 6 custom cupcakes (and two scones, because who doesn't love a scone?!) and got a prompt and lovely response from Tess - she even made two different frosting flavors for us since we couldn't choose On the day we were due to pick up our order, we were running late and Tess assured us we could come after closing to grab our sweets. Come to find that in addition to the TM decoration we'd asked for, she also decorated some of our cupcakes with the TM logo to differentiate between the frosting flavors. And the scones are huge! Everything was delicious and the perfect way to end our race. Plus the shop is ADORABLE! We were sad we didn't have more time to visit and hang out there! Thank you again, Tess!“

“I ordered takeout of chive cakes, coconut curry dumplings, and crispy tamarind chicken. Everything was flavorful and well prepared. Service was fast and friendly. I like that they've added specials and new dishes to the menu so I can try new things. My standbys are the spicy beef salad, papaya salad, spicy eggplant, or pad khing with duck. The soups are also excellent. I'm very glad to have fresh, dependable Thai food in Kennett Square!“

“My go-to order is the seafood alfredo or mussels but you could not go wrong choosing anything on the menu, everything is beyond delicious! My nieces always ask if we can go get their gelato whenever they come over and we usually end up adding a pizza or three to the order as well. Not only is the food and service amazing, when my snow shovel broke this morning while they were snowblowing the lot they were SO KIND and immediately came over to help with my walkway. Everything I love about Downingtown and the community is embodied by Pomodoro and I highly recommend stopping by for both the food and the people! 😊“

“I went here for the first time in many years, having been many years ago in the mid to late 90s. It has changed some - slightly different location on corner of the block and a bit smaller than I remember but still a cool vibe. Definitely a unique experience as there aren’t too many Cajun restaurants in the area and it made me miss New Orleans. Fun mardi-gra-esque decor. We had the Cajun pork dumplings as an appetizer- quite spicy and flavorful. Tasty homemade bread with flavored butter. My husband got the seafood fra diavolo and it had lots of seafood in it - shrimp, scallops, calamari and crawfish with linguine. He said it had a nice kick to it and enjoyed it. \nI had the crawfish etouffe and it was okay but honestly pretty bland. I ended up asking for hot sauce to add to it and that made it much better. Deserts were really tasty - I had the bourbon pecan pie and husband had bananas foster. Great service. \nWe will definitely come back.“

My favorite part about their subs is how their light and fluffy rolls really let the quality of the ingredients shine. Great selection of food with daily specials. We ate outside which is covered by cool sails. Inside seating as well as a separate picnic table section. Dog friendly with water bowls. Pizza stands are empty crushed tomato containers. Super friendly staff Plenty of free parking and they have music on some nights.“

Overall we appreciated the cheaper cost of the items and the ability to order from multiple restaurants at the same time. “We met Cass’ wife at Shady Maple today and she was handing out sample of their BBQ sauce on chicken. Oh. My. Lord! This sauce hit my mouth and I was immediately hit with this mixture of Carolina and Memphis style sauces, then a little bit of heat that was absolutely perfect! We spent some time talking to her about their recipe and where they’re from and after about 5 minutes had a bottle in the cart. I knew about 7 seconds into the sauce hitting myself tongue that I was going to buy it but I NEEDED to know more about the folks who created it. We can’t wait to start using it, as a condiment for dipping and of course smothered on some pork. We’ve definitely found a new favorite!“

Literally a dream of mine: a coffee shop with west coast easy bright energy, plants & niche gifts, flowers, cozy. And the whole mental health origin of the name … 🫶🏼. Just truly one of my favorite places to just be. And every one of us loves it! My husband loves the egg & sausage sandwich and our girls love the hot chocolate and vanilla beignets. “This Chinese food was bomb! The sauce on my chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce was amazing. I had the perfect amount of spice to give it the little kick without being overly spicy. The shrimp fried rice was very small, but very good. I had a decent amount of shrimp in it and had very good flavor. The rice was not greasy. I took off a star because I got the combination platter and it was supposed to come with an eggroll, but it was not in the bag. Even though the worker behind the counter told me he put duck sauce in the bag for it.
But overall, it was delicious!“
