“We had a wonderful experience working with Tess and OsoSweet Bakery! My friend and I ran the Tough Mudder held a few miles away, and thought it would be fun to celebrate our success with a sweet treat. We ordered 6 custom cupcakes (and two scones, because who doesn't love a scone?!) and got a prompt and lovely response from Tess - she even made two different frosting flavors for us since we couldn't choose On the day we were due to pick up our order, we were running late and Tess assured us we could come after closing to grab our sweets. Come to find that in addition to the TM decoration we'd asked for, she also decorated some of our cupcakes with the TM logo to differentiate between the frosting flavors. And the scones are huge! Everything was delicious and the perfect way to end our race. Plus the shop is ADORABLE! We were sad we didn't have more time to visit and hang out there! Thank you again, Tess!“
“I met up with a friend here on a Sunday afternoon. I never had mead before so we both were very interested in experiencing a new taste. First, the place has a very cool and interesting mix of antiques and vintage decorations. There is a cabinet with all kinds of bottles, collectables about Wilmington, DE brewing history....which I loved! Great atmosphere. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. We did a flight of mead drinks which were very interesting to taste and experience. We wound up enjoying the cider that they brew. Im not a big cider guy guy but, it had a great burst of flavor and was delicious. Deep Routed cider was our favorite. They had a food truck there as well. We just had drinks but, it looked like a hip food truck.Overall I would definitely recommend trying this place. The drinks were very refreshing and super tasty. The owner was on site and very informative. He is definitely passionate about his mead and cider production. It shows when you drink his products. I have been back and you can grab a growler to go and they give you back reward bucks too. Great unique place definitely worthy to check out. It has a nice coutyard outdoor space which looks very inviting come springtime.“

“Well, not to bore anybody but I’m Italian and extremely picky about my pizza. I actually like pasta better than pizza, but my son brought me a pizza today and I have to say it’s perfect.!!! It was crunchy yet soft, and the sauce is to die for and let me tell you I’m real picky about that. Not that any of you really care about my opinion. Lol I wish more of us knew about 896 pi we are all used to the pizza places closest to us give it a try …. you won’t be disappointed !!!!!“
“Love this place.. its great for families or an adult night. My favorite thing is the way you order and pay. Its super innovative and makes it so easy to go out with friends without any uncomfortable "splitting" check moments. Also the live music on Saturdays always brings us there. The only thing I have to say in not great is the chicken breast they use.. not a fan. all other food is solid and beer selection is great.“
“Came here on a random nice day in February with our dog. Staff was very courteous and even came out to check on us even though it was bar service. Nachos were okay. All of the beers we had were good, if not great. Will certainly be back in warmer weather“
“Love this place. Their lunch waffle creations are delicious (favorite is the muffelatta...I have dreams of their olive relish). I usually just get the plain waffles as they are delicious by themselves but the dessert creations also look amazing. Their espresso is the best I have found...not as chocolatey as others, taste more fresh and vibrant and never bitter. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable (will tell you how they roast their beans). Just go there. You will be glad you did..“

“These ladies tonight were IMPECABLE! The way they acknowledged my granddaughter was amazing. She wanted pink sprinkles only on her ice cream, the young lady helping her decide was the greatest, no pink sprinkles could have turned into a catastrophe, this young lady talked her into rainbow sprinkles with pink and purple gummy bears! “I am writing this review in hopes of receiving a response.My husband and I call in regularly to collect our favorite dishes, which is the beef lasagna and the lobster mac and cheese. The staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere pleasant. We think it is important to support the local economy and Toscana's has served the local community successfully for many years.There is one point of constructive feedback that we would like to offer. As a take-out item, the gelato I believe is not served authentically. Toscana's appears to be serving gelato as if it is the same as ice cream. An ice cream scooper is being used instead of a specific gelato utensil. This impacts the serving amount and the way it is presented.“
