“Ironically, I just read another review that echoed my own frustration at this Rita’s. A few weeks ago, I brought my daughter’s softball team for a postgame treat and was shocked to learn that an option to tip with a credit card doesn’t exist. Glad to know I’m not the only person who thinks this is a bad idea. After receiving such great service, I was embarrassed when I couldn’t leave a tip and had to apologize to the nice girl who gave us such great service. C’mon Rita’s get with the program!“
“We enjoyed the new senior menu. I enjoyed the delicious tuna roll and side garden salad ? ?. It came with a free ? sundae. The restaurant was a little on the cold side, ? but the very friendly manager, Errian (sp), said it would be fixed ? in a couple of days.“
“What a great experience! Stopped by for take out and was immediately greeted & offered suggestions from the menu. I decided to try Tonkotsu & Karaage chicken.When I got back to the office I was impressed with the packaging. Secure (broth you know!) and my ramen items were packed separately from the broth. Very nice - nothing was "water logged" from swimming in the broth on the drive back.Ramen was very tasty & I enjoyed the large portion and crunch of the Karaage chicken. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to try more!“
“Fantastic ice cream and in both the standard flavors but also in some that push you out of your ice cream comfort zone including corn. And you gotta live an ice cream place with a chili powder shaker! We have been here several times and the staff is very nice and the ice cream is amazing! This is a cute local establishment that is a short walk away from the restaurants on Main Street! Highly recommend to anyone!“

I think they have a lot of unique flavors which are soooooo good my favorite flavor is Cookie Monster 10/10 would recommend. “When I heard about this place I had to go and check it out, Mexican Ice Cream. I was overjoyed with the customer service and the establishment was great. It ran decently and in order. Of course when I go, the line was outside the door, but once I got inside it was pretty nice. I ordered Rum Raisin, heard it was very good and I ordered Buttered Pecan. Both flavors were good. The rum raisin had lots of raisins, the butter pecan didn't have any pecans in it but it was still good and I gave it 5 stars instead of 4. I just hope they see this review and note to add pecans in the Buttered Pecan flavor ice cream. And I love the smooth texture nice and soft. I'll be visiting soon...“

Loved the setting with benches and tables scattered under a giant beautiful tree and cows on the hillside. Some crazy flavor options too... such as, Pumpkin Mushroom and Motor Oil! Wish I could have tried them all.“

“We had a great Saturday morning breakfast at Piccola Venezia. Seating was good, with multiple spacious options available on both sides of the restaurant. We enjoyed savory crepes -- one with custom ingredients then other from the menu -- but also considered the extensive sandwich selection that is available for breakfast. “The owner was super sweet and personable. There were a large amount of choices, between ice cream flavors, cone types, and toppings. We got waffle cones with black raspberry, chocolate peanut butter, mint chocolate chip, strawberry, and salted caramelt pretzel--all delicious. And the sundae was vanilla with peanut butter and fudge topping--the cup was 2 scoops of ice cream and double layered with the sauces so you don't eat it all off the top. Would definitely recommend“

“Delicious ice cream! This was my first visit; stopped after eating spicy Thai food nearby. The rum raisin did not skimp on raisins nor rum flavor! My husband enjoyed the peach, full of peach chunks. “I wasn't going to post a review, but today I had another bad experience. About a month ago I waited over 25mins for 3 waterices & a funnel cake. I noticed on my receipt I was charged for an extra waterice. The cashier fixed it & apologized, but when I got the funnel cake it was hard as a rock so I returned it to the window. The teenager at the window told me he couldn't refund me & that he had to wait for his boss to get back. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to wait for another. So I sternly & kindly told him "that's not how business works sweetheart. This is no fault of my own. I need my money back please." He hesitantly gave it back. When I went today, there was a customer waiting for her order. Once she got it, the worker walked away while myself & another person waited in line. I waited for 2-3mins and left. I love that there's teenagers working there. Keeping the kids busy during the summer. However, the customer service just isn't good. They're kind but they don't seem to know what they're doing. Otherwise the waterice is delicious! Variety of flavors to choose from. Despite my experiences, I do recommend Dinos!“

“If Rita’s is looking for someone to show/train other Rita’s how it’s done this Rita’s is it. Chris(manager) is amazing. If you have a flavor that’s not on the list, he’ll make it. If it’s not in stock, he’ll go get it from another Rita’s, even if you tell him not to worry about it. The online list of flavors is on the website faithfully everyday which is nice because I don’t have to call and bug them. Always clean, napkins stocked, trash empty, and plenty of workers to take your order. You can’t go wrong with this Rita’s. Customer service is beyond. Thank you for all you do Chris! We appreciate it!“
“These ladies tonight were IMPECABLE! The way they acknowledged my granddaughter was amazing. She wanted pink sprinkles only on her ice cream, the young lady helping her decide was the greatest, no pink sprinkles could have turned into a catastrophe, this young lady talked her into rainbow sprinkles with pink and purple gummy bears! This is service...going a bit out of their way, making it fun for the kids! We will definetly be back and spreading the word about your staff!! Oh the ice cream was loved! Water ice too!“
