“Delicious ice cream! This was my first visit; stopped after eating spicy Thai food nearby. The rum raisin did not skimp on raisins nor rum flavor! My husband enjoyed the peach, full of peach chunks. Service was prompt and friendly. I thought the price was very reasonable. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area!“
“Very short version for this location: Good but limited choices.Also very annoying size choices. There’s small or large and the difference in price is obviously intended to steer you into a large. The size complaint isn’t limited to this location. It’s a Rita’s thing. There are minimal flavour choices for custard and water ice at this location. When I visit different Rita’s locations I’m pleasantly surprised how many more custard and water ice flavours are actually on offer. I’m not intending to slam this Rita’s. What they have at this location is very good. It’s just very limited.“
“What a great experience! Stopped by for take out and was immediately greeted & offered suggestions from the menu. I decided to try Tonkotsu & Karaage chicken.When I got back to the office I was impressed with the packaging. Secure (broth you know!) and my ramen items were packed separately from the broth. Very nice - nothing was "water logged" from swimming in the broth on the drive back.Ramen was very tasty & I enjoyed the large portion and crunch of the Karaage chicken. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to try more!“
“As someone who loves dessert, I wanted to have something extra for our wedding. I also thought the idea of a food truck at a wedding was a lot of fun. I came across Gotta Lotta Gelata. My now-husband and I went to try some flavors with Petra and brought a few pints home, which disappeared pretty quickly. Having the Gotta Lotta Gelata truck come to our wedding was definitely a highlight. Everyone loved it and it helped make our wedding memorable. Petra is great to work with as well!“
“Was on my way back from a hike and had a hankering for something sweet. Stopped by and to my surprise they were open. Had my favorite from here, an orange cream milkshake. Very thick and tasty. With tax ,for a large, $7 and change. Thank goodness, Spring is only few weeks away.“

“When I heard about this place I had to go and check it out, Mexican Ice Cream. I was overjoyed with the customer service and the establishment was great. It ran decently and in order. Of course when I go, the line was outside the door, but once I got inside it was pretty nice. I ordered Rum Raisin, heard it was very good and I ordered Buttered Pecan. Both flavors were good. The rum raisin had lots of raisins, the butter pecan didn't have any pecans in it but it was still good and I gave it 5 stars instead of 4. I just hope they see this review and note to add pecans in the Buttered Pecan flavor ice cream. And I love the smooth texture nice and soft. I'll be visiting soon...“

“Good options to choose from. The Mamey ice cream was the best and we ordered a mamey shake also. Samples are available and they're able to take special requests. Plenty Everyone was very friendly and the service was grear. Our granddaughter even got a sticker! Definitely recommend this place.“

“Ironically, I just read another review that echoed my own frustration at this Rita’s. A few weeks ago, I brought my daughter’s softball team for a postgame treat and was shocked to learn that an option to tip with a credit card doesn’t exist. Glad to know I’m not the only person who thinks this is a bad idea. After receiving such great service, I was embarrassed when I couldn’t leave a tip and had to apologize to the nice girl who gave us such great service. C’mon Rita’s get with the program!“

“Our timing on Saturday could not have been better with Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard closing after Sunday for the season ? I got my traditional blue raspberry with custard and the wife got her root beer with custard. They were delicious! Rita should consider staying open through Halloween as I am sure they could come up with some ghoulish flavors to trick or treat us ?“
“I wasn't going to post a review, but today I had another bad experience. About a month ago I waited over 25mins for 3 waterices & a funnel cake. I noticed on my receipt I was charged for an extra waterice. The cashier fixed it & apologized, but when I got the funnel cake it was hard as a rock so I returned it to the window. The teenager at the window told me he couldn't refund me & that he had to wait for his boss to get back. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to wait for another. So I sternly & kindly told him "that's not how business works sweetheart. This is no fault of my own. I need my money back please." He hesitantly gave it back. When I went today, there was a customer waiting for her order. Once she got it, the worker walked away while myself & another person waited in line. I waited for 2-3mins and left. I love that there's teenagers working there. Keeping the kids busy during the summer. However, the customer service just isn't good. They're kind but they don't seem to know what they're doing. Otherwise the waterice is delicious! Variety of flavors to choose from. Despite my experiences, I do recommend Dinos!“
