“Northern staple. I love Rita’s. We do not have many down south and they do Italian ice right. There’s plenty of parking here and open kind of late, 10pm. Tons of flavors and the staff is very friendly. Pictured is a SMALL layered mango and strawberry gelati. Very reasonably priced. It was 17$ for a Reese’s concrete, small gelati, and a small ice. If you’ve never had it, don’t walk run.“
“Was on my way back from a hike and had a hankering for something sweet. Stopped by and to my surprise they were open. Had my favorite from here, an orange cream milkshake. Very thick and tasty. With tax ,for a large, $7 and change. Thank goodness, Spring is only few weeks away.“
“Cute little ice cream shop in the small town of Pennsville. Not much to look at outside, but inside is bright and "Hollywood" themed. The ice cream was pretty good-double scoop in a cup was a decent amount...as in they didn't try to be chintzy. Flavor of cookies in cream was also pretty good. I'd come back if ever in this sleepy town again.“

“When I heard about this place I had to go and check it out, Mexican Ice Cream. I was overjoyed with the customer service and the establishment was great. It ran decently and in order. Of course when I go, the line was outside the door, but once I got inside it was pretty nice. I ordered Rum Raisin, heard it was very good and I ordered Buttered Pecan. Both flavors were good. The rum raisin had lots of raisins, the butter pecan didn't have any pecans in it but it was still good and I gave it 5 stars instead of 4. I just hope they see this review and note to add pecans in the Buttered Pecan flavor ice cream. And I love the smooth texture nice and soft. I'll be visiting soon...“

“Delicious ice cream! This was my first visit; stopped after eating spicy Thai food nearby. The rum raisin did not skimp on raisins nor rum flavor! My husband enjoyed the peach, full of peach chunks. Service was prompt and friendly. I thought the price was very reasonable. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area!“
“I wasn't going to post a review, but today I had another bad experience. About a month ago I waited over 25mins for 3 waterices & a funnel cake. I noticed on my receipt I was charged for an extra waterice. The cashier fixed it & apologized, but when I got the funnel cake it was hard as a rock so I returned it to the window. The teenager at the window told me he couldn't refund me & that he had to wait for his boss to get back. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to wait for another. So I sternly & kindly told him "that's not how business works sweetheart. This is no fault of my own. I need my money back please." He hesitantly gave it back. When I went today, there was a customer waiting for her order. Once she got it, the worker walked away while myself & another person waited in line. I waited for 2-3mins and left. I love that there's teenagers working there. Keeping the kids busy during the summer. However, the customer service just isn't good. They're kind but they don't seem to know what they're doing. Otherwise the waterice is delicious! Variety of flavors to choose from. Despite my experiences, I do recommend Dinos!“
“First time I went last Monday and they have a huge variety of food.I ordered a 8 pc nuggets, cheese fries and a large chocolate milkshake...took them a while to give me my food order but my food was good and hot. My milkshake didn't take long. Be patient because their food.. it's worth it ?“

“If Rita’s is looking for someone to show/train other Rita’s how it’s done this Rita’s is it. Chris(manager) is amazing. If you have a flavor that’s not on the list, he’ll make it. If it’s not in stock, he’ll go get it from another Rita’s, even if you tell him not to worry about it. The online list of flavors is on the website faithfully everyday which is nice because I don’t have to call and bug them. Always clean, napkins stocked, trash empty, and plenty of workers to take your order. You can’t go wrong with this Rita’s. Customer service is beyond. Thank you for all you do Chris! “The staff was attentive, pleasurable and professional. The water-ice, 1 Gallon of Mango, 1 quart Lemon & 2 quarts Root beer, were all as good as ever. A local FM radio station was setting up a prize wheel, sandbag toss and ring toss games, for a soon to start event. Rita's Water-Ice locations are well positioned, clean and easily accessible.Enjoy!“
“As someone who loves dessert, I wanted to have something extra for our wedding. I also thought the idea of a food truck at a wedding was a lot of fun. I came across Gotta Lotta Gelata. My now-husband and I went to try some flavors with Petra and brought a few pints home, which disappeared pretty quickly. Having the Gotta Lotta Gelata truck come to our wedding was definitely a highlight. Everyone loved it and it helped make our wedding memorable. Petra is great to work with as well!“
