“Quick in and out, very simple to place an order over the phone. I love that the lady isnt overly nice if you know what I mean, shes very straight forward to the point. Great food. The crab rangoons are delicious and the chicken fried rice is a favorite of mine aswell.“

“Had a wonderful Dunch at Snuff Mill today. Fabulous food, ambiance, and service! Shout out to Dorrie. I was able to get in at 3:30 but starting to fill up as I was leaving around 5pm on a Tuesday!... Definitely make a reservation for dinner! Some outdoor seating with heaters but also saw lap blankets.“

“I would like to recognize three staff members who went above and beyond this morning: Hanaan, Aryn, and Joella. I had a lunch meeting scheduled for 12:00 p.m. for 15 people, but due to an internet issue at my location, I was unable to place my order online. When I arrived, Aryn immediately asked Hanaan and Joella to assist before the lunch rush began. Before I knew it, they had my entire order prepared, bagged, and ready to go in no time. Their teamwork, efficiency, and willingness to help made a potentially stressful situation completely seamless. “We held a celebration of life for my husband this past weekend. Joe was great to work with. The venue was perfect. The food was delicious and the service was great. We had more people attend than planned. They were able to keep up with the demand for more food.. Shout outs to Tyler, Denise and Amy whose service was impeccable. “This is my second purebred Deli I've enjoyed the one at Glen Mills. It's very hard to eat here and not over order because everything looks so good. Its always very fresh. Four of us ate and two people needed customization because of allergies or intolerances Etc and they are very accommodating. You definitely get enough to eat. I always end up taking things home. The bathrooms the are genderless and are kept very clean. There is a menu for children under 12. This place is also very handicap accessible. I also love the magnets with a message which are free to take. The handouts at the restaurant which are the menus list their directives and goals. It's very informative and eye opening.... take a read.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Okura really deserves one. It’s a bit farther than I normally drive for dinner, but lately I’ve found myself going more often—because I just feel good every time I’m there. The first time I went there was in 2009 on the recommendation of a friend who used to have a Japanese restaurant. With job changes, going back to school, and plunging headfirst into a turbulent new career with multiple job changes, I never got back there until 2022. And guess what? They remembered me! The staff is genuinely friendly. They remember what I like, and a few times I’ve described dishes that weren’t on the menu—and they made them perfectly. They actually listen, and that level of care is rare. The wine and beer selection fits my tastes really well, which is a nice bonus. Every time I visit, the atmosphere is happy and relaxed. I often see other customers come in and get greeted like old friends, and it’s clear this place means something to a lot of people. It’s not just a meal—it’s a place that lifts your mood. Okura has become one of my favorite spots. Friendly people, great food, and a warm, welcoming vibe every time.“
