The gluten free bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese was extremely expensive for such small portion. As someone who has been gluten free for a while this is pathetic. My bagel was larger than the one egg and 3 pieces of bacon that was put on the sandwich. A guy cut right in front of us, and the lady knew we were ordering and did not say one word recognizing that we were in line and served the other guy.

There aren't many bagel places around and this place is okay. Sandwiches are good and they have pretty good options for food and drinks. They could elevate this score if they actually cooked their hashbrowns instead of giving us a soggy hashbrown wrapped in tinfoil....I have to stop at BK or Wawa across the street for hashbrowns bc they can't figure it out. If they copied McDonald's hashbrowns they would probably add a decent amount to their sales and customer happiness.I know you can be busy, but try to ensure you toast the sandwiches...too many times I get home which is 3-4 minutes away. The tinfoil and short ride should not make it seem like it was never toasted. Finally, the bagels are slightly heavy. If you could get them to be a little lighter, which I know is a big ask, I think they would be better.

I order online and it’s always ready when I get there to pick it up. We have brunch every Sunday with some friends and I buy it for everyone and then we meet and the order is always perfect. Really good selection of bagel types and spreads and other options for sandwiches.

The best bagels in Chester County!!!

There were no prices on the menu so it was surprising that a bagel with lox and tomato was $12. The cole slaw that came with it was awful. I rarely spit food out but I had to. The sandwich tasted OK… nothing spectacular (and it was missing capers!). I never have stomach issues from food but ended up a very upset stomach from it all afternoon. What a bummer as I was hoping for more from a mom and pop joint. Won’t be going back.

Our go to bagel place. We love their variety of bagels, muffins, and breakfast items. Whether we are looking for a breakfast sandwich, bagel and lox, eggs and bacon, or pancakes, this hits the spot. I love that it is open on Sundays when other bagel places aren't.

The bagels and omelettes were fresh and very delicious! I enjoyed chatting with the owner and staff. I've been coming for almost 25 years. Always tasty!

Let's face it---------this is a bagel place. I come here to get the closest NYC bagels I can find in the area. But I really make the special trip to get the bialys. You can't find bialys like I had in my younger days back in Queens. The items were fresh and the service okay.

Came in for lunch with my husband and I can't help but feel ignored. For a Sunday it was understaffed and the manager felt it more important to micromanage the cashier boy then help her obviously struggling coworker in the kitchen. So overwhelmed in fact that she can't focus on who is receiving the correct food. My order was taken by someone else because they didn't call out our funny name (Godzilla) so I had to come and ask for it. I paid for it toasted with capers and they slapped together a sandwich to appease me. I love bagels and I don't think I'll be coming back.

They have a homestyle flavor I enjoy but execution and attention to detail are a real problem. Sometimes it's great but the other times it's a greasy/floppy mess. Makes it hard to order here regularly when the quality is so inconsistent.

I’ve been coming for years and I brought 2 friends in for their first visit. Unfortunately, they were upset by the crumb filled tables & the coffee spills in the drink area that had clearly been there a while. There was also a lot of dust on the display shelves. The food was great but I was embarrassed.

Breakfast sandwiches are decent but lunch is underwhelming. Lunch sandwiches are overpriced (12 bucks for a sandwich) and doesn't come with anything besides Coleslaw that was weathered romaine with watery mayo. Got home and opened the box which had the wrong meat on the sandwich as well. Overall disappointing
