Did a mobile order at 8:30 pm on a weeknight. Went in to find like 3 people waiting for food, only 2 people were working. My order was 2 whopper juniors and it literally took them 20 minutes to fill the order. People who arrived and ordered after me were getting their food before me. Brisket burger had almost no brisket, I had to hunt around in the bun to find like 2 little pieces. Food tasted okay and server was a nice lady but they need to hire enough people to fill the orders and make the food look like it's advertisements. Tried to do the survey after eating and found they didn't even give me a receipt with a valid survey code. D- experience

The remodel looks great definitely needed it now they need to remodel the food I wish I took a photo but my chicken sandwich looked like thick crispy bacon so I tossed it the lemonade was the highlight of the meal and only thing that was good

Been in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes waiting for two cheeseburgers french fries and a drink. I parked immediately bit into my burger and it's cold. $15 for a cold burger

Really impressed with Ash this morning, she was extremely helpful and got everything together quickly while talking the care to ask and brew a fresh decaf at an odd time of the morning and then brought out our order while keeping the rest of the line moving. Deserves a lot of appreciation and credit for doing a great job!

Attempted to place an order at the drive thru. They were not busy, I was the only car in the drive thru (no cars even at the window). There were 5 cars in their parking lot so I assume some must be workers. I sat and waited, no one ever said anything yet I could hear the register or other machine beeping. They were just not interested in helping me. Because I’m white maybe? Or because they are just living a miserable existence? Who knows….
