Our appetizer. We fill an Italian pub loaf of Italian bread with crab meat, folded with a lightly seasoned cheesy cream sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes – stir after 15 minutes. Bread is crunchy and you can serve with your favorite crackers. We have had rave revues.
Smith Island Crab Cake (1 oz)
Our smith island, folded in a spiced mayo mixture and stiffened with a mild cream sauce. Sautee or bake for 10 minutes. Please call in advance – these items must be pre-ordered.

Crabalaya Stuffing (1 lb)
An artful blend of lump crab meat, cajon seasoned sausage, new york cheddar cheese, folded in a spiced bayou cream sauce with just a hint of sautéed seasoned onions, and peppers. Use to stuff chicken, veal, fish, shrimp, omelets, portabella mushrooms, and peppers or just as a dip.
Stuffed Mushrooms
A blend of spinach and Monterey jack and our imperial sauce. We use fresh-cut silver dollar mushrooms. A vegetarian delight.

The Captain's Mega Colossal Crab Cake
Approx 5.5 ounces. We start with colossal jumbo lump crab meat, sweetened with hellman's mayo, gently secretly spiced, dusted in unseasoned American bread crumbs, and flashed browned to perfection. Bought 3 of the crab cakes yesterday. Not only were they so delicious, it will be my go to when wanting to purchase again. The staff (owner) are so kind & friendly & also offered tips if we were not wanting to have them that evening. They are also made with Panco Bread Crumbs so they are not the typical heavy filing in the crab cakes. Very full of meat & sooo delicious. I give them 10 star rating!!!!
