I have not ordered from here in a long time. I think maybe new management. I ordered an Italian hoagie with sweet peppers and repeated sweet peppers a few times.. No sweet peppers on it. Super crazy two slices of pizza for $9 with a rip-off and the pizza is super greasy it's literally when you bite into the pizza it feels like you're sucking all the grease out of it it's disgusting this place is such a huge turn down ????

Tried placing a large order at 9 p.m. on a Saturday for our family and some guests. Website wouldn't allow us to place the order and no one answered when we called, even though website says open until 11 p.m. Fri and Sat. Won't be trying again. Such a shame.

Absolutely a disgrace no effort was put into this misaligned soggy mess. I honestly wonder if its been tampered with and didnt eat it. I called to talk to a manager but I guess they made this and called it early. You should be ashamed

I was excited to bring people here as it was one of my favorite spots many years ago. I really want to say that I liked it more but it was just okay. There wasn't a bunch of different kinds of pizzas set out like there used to be. We ordered several different kinds of pizzas because we wanted to have a bunch left over to bring home. Like I said, it was just okay. As far as atmosphere, it was like a ghost town. The seats are all ripped up with deep holes in them. They had gotten one of our orders wrong. I don't any of us would necessarily go out of our way to go back.

6 dollars for a single slice of pizza ridiculous. He had already put in the I've before I could refuse it so I paid. But then the pizza didn't even have pizza sauce ?Service was fine but not thrilled about the food. Chris pizza off walnut has this place beat.

Recently tried their cheesesteak and it was phenomenal!! Hands down the best in West Chester. The staff was very friendly and quick with my order, I can’t believe I waited this long to try this place out! Highly recommend!

Went in the other day for an early dinner and had a great time. Never been in before but heard great things and it 100% lived up to its reputation. Service was great and fast, food was really good, will definitely be going back!!

Food was delicious, service was quick and efficient. Had my takeout order ready promptly - all food was packaged well too.

Dietary restrictions: Have a dairy allergy, they were very accommodating and made my steak sandwich with no cheese.

Recommended dishes: Cheese Steak

Love this place! Staff is super friendly and the service is excellent. Pizza is always spot on and they have added so many new items! I love the new rib-eye cheesesteak on the sarcone’s seeded roll with cooper cheese- best cheesesteak in town, better than steaks W. Chester!!

We went there last night and got denied service. Wanted to dine in and they were not closing their dine in 30 minutes later even though we got there 30 minutes before dine in ends we were denied to eat in. Went to a different location that had dine in that was ending in less than 30 minutes but was still not denied to dine in. Never went to a business that denies you service if u get there before they stop dine in. Bad customer service did not get told until we got done looking at the menu and as we were looking through the menu the young worker in front kept banging on counter as he was annoyed with waiting for us to look at the menu.
