John Serock and his team catered our wedding reception last month at Loch Aerie Mansion. Wedding food can be hit or miss ... but our food was truly a hit! They were SO great to work with and tailored entrees to accommodate food allergies and preferences. We chose the braised beef short ribs, eggplant parm, crab cakes, and cranberry and apple stuffed chicken (which I still think about). If you are trying to pick a vendor for your wedding I cannot say enough positive things about John Serock! We had numerous changes and obstacles and they handled everything! The entire team made sure all of our guests had a great time. Not to mention our guests still cannot stop talking about the wonderful food.
