“We had Southbound BBQ company provide the food for our outpost night for our Cub Scout 4 day summer camp and the food was absolutely amazing. We got pulled pork, brisket and kielbasa and our group reheated the food in huge pots of boiling water and the result was a memorable meal for our group of 40 campers and adult leaders. It was by far the best meal of the weekend. The combination of 3 meats, cheese. lettuce, tomato and amazing BBQ sauce was mind blowing! I highly recommend Southbound BBQ and hope we can repeat this next year!“

Our original point of contact was Kristy, who was incredibly kind but she unfortunately left the company shortly after. After that, we were assigned Olivia, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Olivia is kind, passionate, creative, and unbelievably organized. From our very first meeting with her where we selected our linens and plate settings. She helped bring our vision to life with the most beautiful ideas and attention to detail.
