We had Southbound BBQ company provide the food for our outpost night for our Cub Scout 4 day summer camp and the food was absolutely amazing. We got pulled pork, brisket and kielbasa and our group reheated the food in huge pots of boiling water and the result was a memorable meal for our group of 40 campers and adult leaders. Searched for an amazing BBQ food truck for a corporate event today and a friend recommended Southbound BBQ Company. I called several BBQ food trucks and decided to book Southbound BBQ Co. and they did not disappoint! Everything was fabulous! The meat was cooked exceptionally well but the flavors were not there at all. Everything was very bland and my brisket sandwich was served on some tiny, cheap hamburger bun. For 16 bucks, I don’t think so.
