“We got married at Ballroom at the Ben this past February, and it was truly the best day of our lives! From the moment we first walked in, we fell in love with the stunning venue and the incredible staff.

We had the pleasure of working with Daria, who was absolutely amazing — so kind, supportive, and attentive every step of the way. She made the entire planning process feel effortless, and even without a wedding planner, I felt completely organized and at ease thanks to her guidance.

On the day of, everything exceeded our expectations. Ott, the maître d’, was phenomenal — he orchestrated the entire evening flawlessly, and not a single detail was overlooked. To this day, our guests still tell us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. They said the venue was beautiful, the food was out of this world and the way the wedding flowed was amazing.

I toured all the Finley and Cescaphe venues before making a decision, and I would choose Ballroom at the Ben a hundred times over. The team is simply the best — so professional, talented, and passionate about what they do. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! “For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! (Even the bacon wrapped scallops were amazing!) I would recommend Red Stone for your food truck or catering needs! Thank you for running things so smoothly and making my daughters day special!!“

“Del Rossi to me is the best cheesesteak in the city. They’re permanent bread and fresh ingredients makes it amazing. And one of the things that people sleep on there is the chicken cheesesteak probably the best chicken cheese that I’ve ever had. The staff is great. The owners are great. The rehearsal went so smoothly and the wedding coordinator really knows what she’s doing when it comes down to a ceremony. She even gave suggestions on how to stand, pose, and walk so that the pictures would turn out great.

“My partner and I got married here in Fall '26, and had an excellent experience! Chelsea Allen (Event Coordinator), Michael (Sales), and the entire team made the process smooth. If you want a gorgeous, garden wedding, great food, and zero day-of-coordination stress — this is the place.

Venue: I searched the tri-state area extensively for a venue that could hold ~150 guests, had nature, had a solid rain backup plan, had some non-Western food options and wouldn’t break the bank. This place checked every box and is one of the few. It's wheelchair-accessible, easy to reach from PHL, and close to several hotels — important for our many out-of-town guests. The base package included catering, tables, linens, and other items that add up fast at more DIY venues. For us, the time-saving and stress of not having to, for example, remember to rent silverware was worth the peace of mind.

Staff & Coordination: Chelsea Allen was key to making our wedding day stress-free. We didn't have to think about logistics once on the day itself — and the venue's detailed pre-wedding planning document ensured every last detail was understood and accounted for well in advance.The team accommodated all non-traditional requests without hesitation: unusual number of vegetarian guests, non-standard formal dances, and more. Michael in Sales stood out as one of the few sales people already familiar with Indian wedding elements, and he was patient and thorough throughout the entire contract process with our many, many questions. Bonus: The day-of staff made sure we never had an empty glass and sent portions of the cocktail hour bites and dessert to us so we didn’t miss out.

Food: Food was delicious! The menu also goes beyond standard Western wedding fare, which we loved. We didn’t personally try this, but they can even accommodate serving Indian food not on the standard menu (at an added cost) — a rarity among similar venues, most of which can’t do it or charge a steep premium to bring in outside vendors.

Practical Tips:
-Before signing the contract, review the full breakdown of what's included and request prices for any upgrades that are important to you (upgraded plateware, premium linens, specialty food items etc.). No surprises that way.
-Bridal Suite food must be ordered through the venue. You can review the menu and costs before signing. In the end, this was an inconsequential cost in our wedding budget.
-Easels for signs and table number holders aren't provided (but everything else is!). Plan on bringing your own — I'd suggest Pomme keep these in stock!

Overall, a fantastic experience and a venue we'd recommend without hesitation!

They go above and beyond to make sure any event you have catered by them is a wonderful affair. We had my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah with them on 10/27/18 at Alvethorpe Manor/Abington Art Center and they made it amazing! They work with you to ensure that your event is what you envision it to be. Kate Winters in particular worked tirelessly to help us from the first meeting to the actual event. She was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot. I mean always. The woman does not sleep! Everyone raved about the food and the ambiance, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the servers. Their motto should be “don‘t worry about your event, we will take care of all of it!” They truly take care of everything. I highly reccommend them for anyone planing an important event! The delivery and set up was on time, and the delivery person was very courteous and helpful. And while the lunch was meant to be simple, I appreciate the extra touch with the bouquet of flowers and the attention to detail when setting up. It let me know I can trust them for our much larger gatherings for the future.
There were small nuances that I didn't really like. I asked specifically for no bottled waters. We are a clean drinking water company, using our own water filter technology and don't ascribe to the whole bottled water culture. I also asked specifically for a majority of diet coke to swap out for the bottled waters. We didn't get those and we were still given bottled waters. While it may seem small to others, it is a thing for the people in this particular office. Aside from that, everything was very lovely. Thank you“

“My daughter hosted her wedding reception there on July 26th 2025. It is a spacious venue, well-lit with more than the basic accoutrements. Ample parking which is a huge plus! Facilities , mirrors, etc spotless. There was no shortage of staff who were: courteous, responsive, and professional. The starmaid, Dominique handled all guests with ease. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was and the choice of food options. I asked a staffer if the food was prepared with Love and she said always 😂. She later came back to ask if she was right and I told her ‘it was delicious, you were telling the truth’. An all-around great experience. It’s a beautiful space especially when a decorator takes it to the next level. Super elegant and glorious affair at a great venue.“
