Excellent choice for Graduation party. Whole Trancheta the crowd favorite. Cooked perfect!
Christmas in July party with an 84 lb pig. Everything was perfect, the pig, provolone, long shots and rolls. Oh, and don’t forget the juice. Jules met me half way and was waiting for me when I arrived. Our family wants to make this an annual tradition.
