“I was here for a work holiday party. It was a well staffed event and one of my favorite venues that I've been to for our company holiday party. The food was all very good and the bars moved people through quickly. I do think the music was a little too loud and all over the place in terms of genre but not sure if the same music vendor is typically supplied by the venue or not. The placement of speakers made it so I could barely talk to the person next to me but we were closer to the dancefloor.“
“It was beautiful and had adequate parking. I am not sure if they have multiple rooms, but if it is for one event at a time, it's perfect. The location is a little confusing because of all the SouthBowl traffic and parking, and the streets aren't really labeled correctly. That's the city's fault, not theirs, but a few signs would help. No complaints. The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly. The restrooms were clean. They had coat check in, which is fantastic in the cooler season. Yes, this is a nice place to host your event. I didn't take any photos outside of people, so not posting those.“

“This a another case of "why have I not tried this place before." I did takeout with a make your own pita with tuna salad. It was delicious! The tuna was fabulous (and I am a tuna expert :)) and the way they built the sandwich was perfect as it was not messy to eat. I will definitely be going there again to try some of the other items on their menu, of which there are many. Great place.“
“The Waterfall Room is a little hidden gem. From the service, to the food, to the atmosphere, it's all great. ESPECIALLY the food. Whoever is running that kitchen, I hope they are paid what they are worth, because I've been in five star establishments where the food wasn't that good. And the deserts and the presentation. It's beautiful. While rice pudding is such a simple thing to make, when I have it at the Waterfall Room, it's elevated to a gourmet treat. This is THE venue you want for a party, luncheon or dinner.“

They provided Buffet Option #1 for us.Everyone there loved the food and it made the event that much more special for us. The main contact for Jerry’s, Scott, was super easy to work with. Choosing what to eat is the hardest part because literally everything looks so amazing. It’s all about how much space you can save in between plates. From home fries to oxtails, EVERYTHING is amazing and satisfies that Island food craving! Sunday brunch also includes bottomless mimosas and I absolutely LOVEEEE mimosas!The pancakes are fluffy and remind me of funnel cake; thy are made so perfectly every time. THIS PLACE DOES NOT MISS! “We hired Keith and his team from Impresso Coffee to provide an espresso bar at our daughter's wedding this past July. They knocked it out of the park! Our 140 guests enjoyed hot and cold drinks that included espresso, lattes, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino, and an affogato ice cream bar. The drinks were delicious. “This Christmas we made the very smart decision to have most of our Christmas feast Catered, by Herb Scott Catering. My only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner.The ordering process was seamless, and they even made some small adjustments by eliminating the use of butter, in the vegetables. The Christmas menu was well thought out, and there was a lot of variety. We chose roasted pork pancetta, brioche crusted salmon and shrimp scampi, as the main event. For our sides, we landed on brussel sprouts/ broccoli, mushroom risotto and green beans. Everything was perfectly prepared, the food was flavorful but not salty and the quality was excellent.In the future, we’ll definitely use Herb Scott Catering for our Christmas dinner, and I think next year I’ll grab a couple of main dishes for Thanksgiving.“

“We went here for a quick bite and weren't disappointed. We had a chicken and a beef Philly. Both of those were huge sandwiches for the money! The beef one was chipotle and it was quite delicious but very spicy. So if you a looking for a little kick I would highly recommmend it. We also had old bay fries which had the potential to be good but they were so dang salty. They come with cheese whiz, but it doesn't help how salty they are. Lastly we got a cheese pizza. That was mid at best. Almost no cheese on it and a mediocre sauce. The place does have seating in the back despite how it looks, it just ordering was slightly confusing because they had a sign over a tablet that said order here but you really should order at the countertop because the tablet doesn't have all the options of things you could order like drinks or slices. Overall though a really good place to grab a bite, excellent staff and good food!“
