They help bring your vision to life and are willing to make accommodation outside of their usual offerings. The communication from start to finish from this team was great. Their packages per person let you budget for your wedding without many surprises at the end. You can keep it simple or upgrade as needed. We also picked this team because their wedding food is unmatched. Our guest still rave about the cocktail hour and dessert room months later. My husband and I hope to be invited back to this venue as someones guest one day to relive and enjoy all of the food again!!“

“For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? Would the bacon wrapped scallops be a hit or miss (you know how that goes). Happy to say that everything was a hit! Jessica was easy to work with and the team there that day was wonderful! No one ever had to wait for pizza, they served it up and had another hot one ready to go. Everyone was so nice and customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced! I had several people tell me how good the pizza was and some even said it was the best pizza they’d ever had! Some said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! The room and decor were lovely. We had a couple attendees in wheelchairs, so we really appreciated the degree of handicap accessibility that Cannstatters provides. Sarah, the event manager, was a delight to work with. The day of the event, Sarah was on hand to oversee and attend to last minute details. She answered all of my emails quickly, calmed all of my anxiety, and came through with a party that people will be talking about for a long time. “My daughter hosted her wedding reception there on July 26th 2025. It is a spacious venue, well-lit with more than the basic accoutrements. Ample parking which is a huge plus! Facilities , mirrors, etc spotless. There was no shortage of staff who were: courteous, responsive, and professional. The starmaid, Dominique handled all guests with ease. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was and the choice of food options. I asked a staffer if the food was prepared with Love and she said always 😂. She later came back to ask if she was right and I told her ‘it was delicious, you were telling the truth’. An all-around great experience. It’s a beautiful space especially when a decorator takes it to the next level. Super elegant and glorious affair at a great venue.“

They go above and beyond to make sure any event you have catered by them is a wonderful affair. We had my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah with them on 10/27/18 at Alvethorpe Manor/Abington Art Center and they made it amazing! They work with you to ensure that your event is what you envision it to be. Kate Winters in particular worked tirelessly to help us from the first meeting to the actual event. She was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot. I mean always. The woman does not sleep! Everyone raved about the food and the ambiance, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the servers. “Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

“Venue: The Knowlton Mansion Philadelphia, PA. 10/10 This is a hidden gem. Affordable, unique, romantic, rustic, elegant. People continue to tell me how much they loved the venue and its details. I didn’t even want to tour the venue when my Mom first found it on Instagram. But shout out to my mom, she knew what she was talking about. It’s a Victorian mansion built in the 1800’s, originally owned by a Banker as his summer home and now converted into a wedding Venue. It has 2 stories with groom and bridal ‘suites’. A basement wine cellar with add on wine/scotch/beer tasting! 2 different ceremony locations on site- 1 indoor in the carriage house and 1 outdoor garden pergola. The food was great, there was plenty at cocktail hour and the dinners got great reviews from our guests. We had enough dessert to take home 8 trays of pastries that we shared with friends and family. My husband and I knew we wanted a unique venue, no golf course, or ballroom, and we absolutely found it at knowlton. My favorite part is that despite the reception space being added to the existing house it doesn’t feel like an addition at all. The characteristics and features of the house flow into the space. The house was plenty large enough for our 160 person wedding. They also offered a tasting (for an additional cost). The event manager Eileen answered every question I had from start to finish. Rebecca who does tours and day of coordination is absolutely amazing– from our tasting to rehearsal dinner to setting up centerpieces with me. She was a gem and I am so thankful for her. Our Bridal attendant Dee made sure I had food and drinks all night. Also a shout out to Bredenbecks, the bakery used by Conroy Catering. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. We still did a tasting but there was something lost in translation. We are NOT cake people and my husband was not budging on this. We love pie–so we did pie. We got one large cutting pie for us and mini pies of all different kinds and tarts for dessert. Everyone loved the hand held desserts and loved the fact that it wasn’t cake.“
