“It was this past Saturday, June 11 about 530 at night me and the wife went in to get a couple sandwiches for dinner made to order and it’s surprising to me that your deli person didn’t know how to make a Italian hoagie I was a bit baffled so I instructed him on which make it and still became out the worst sandwich I ever had and you have a very lovely place there and I’ve got other things at the store never an issue but your deli this guy did not know how to make a simple sandwich it was pretty bad. From the set up, to the delicious food to the Special service we received. I highly recommend Bacio Kitchen for small parties on premise and definitely recommend for larger offsite. “I tried the Farm Chicken Chop Salad with honey mustard dressing and found it to be surprisingly good. Get the dressing on the side and apply it as you want it. About half way through I switched to the house dressing as the honey mustard was sweeter than I could handle. As it was Super Bowl Sunday, they were out of all soups except chicken veg, which was good also.“

The staff was very friendly and took time to explain their menu and online ordering process for future purchases.

“To make a long story short...I ordered a quiche a few days ago to be picked up this morning at 10:00. When I arrived, it was not ready because the kitchen was running behind. Before I even had time to regroup my thoughts, BethAnn asked what time I needed it and they would deliver. She gave me the time frame of 11-11:45. At 11:05, my fresh-out-of-the-oven quiche was delivered by a very pleasant driver, and lunch went on as planned! Thank you for keeping this customer satisfied.“

“Discovered Lou’s this summer thanks to an ad on Facebook. Now I go every week. Delicious, homemade food. Amazing baked goods like Jewish Apple Cake, Banana Bread, and Butter Cake. Fresh produce with often interesting varieties. Low prices and incredible deals. And, a staff that is kind, friendly, and enthusiastic.“

“Wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. Seafood tower the best part of this $300 meal for 3. Their mussels were good, but had better. Their red fish was delicious. Their keylime pie went in the garbage. Our salads came after the meal, Ceasars with bread crumbs no croutons and definitely no anchovy, which i find odd for a seafood place. I dine out quite a bit, this was mediocre at best. Wont be going back. Would consider it if they had a liquor license just for the tower.“
