“We got married here on 11/07/2025 and it was truly the best day. Sam, Marie and the whole team were spectacular. They made the planning process so easy. He made suggestions that was super easy and made me feel at ease that all would go smoothly and it sure did. “We got married at the mansion. We had an excellent experience with Pen Ryn. I’ve seen complaints about communication but we couldn’t disagree more - every email was answered timely and with the answers we needed. Pen Ryn is definitely a venue with an à la carte business model, but if you go in knowing that it does not feel like you are being nickel and dimed. I do believe an outside coordinator is very beneficial, as pen ryn is focused only on their aspects of the day (ie not your other vendors going smoothly.)  That said, Brenna (coordinator) and Betsy (bridal attendant) were excellent in their roles. The venue and surrounding property is beautiful. We knew we wanted an indoor/outdoor space with character, so the mansion was perfect for us. If you have a large guest count, definitely talk to them about modifications like adding a second bar or a second dessert stations to avoid lines.“

Despite being especially busy with Thanksgiving prep, they prepared the food immediately and brought it over. One of the caterers even stepped away to make sure we had a server. Fresh produce with often interesting varieties. Low prices and incredible deals. And, a staff that is kind, friendly, and enthusiastic.“

“Wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. Seafood tower the best part of this $300 meal for 3. Their mussels were good, but had better. Their red fish was delicious. Their keylime pie went in the garbage. Our salads came after the meal, Ceasars with bread crumbs no croutons and definitely no anchovy, which i find odd for a seafood place. I dine out quite a bit, this was mediocre at best. Wont be going back. Would consider it if they had a liquor license just for the tower.“
