We had the pleasure of working with Daria, who was absolutely amazing — so kind, supportive, and attentive every step of the way. She made the entire planning process feel effortless, and even without a wedding planner, I felt completely organized and at ease thanks to her guidance.

On the day of, everything exceeded our expectations. Ott, the maître d’, was phenomenal — he orchestrated the entire evening flawlessly, and not a single detail was overlooked. To this day, our guests still tell us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. They said the venue was beautiful, the food was out of this world and the way the wedding flowed was amazing.

I toured all the Finley and Cescaphe venues before making a decision, and I would choose Ballroom at the Ben a hundred times over. “For my daughter’s wedding we were looking for a wood fired pizza truck. The ones we loved weren’t available and we booked Red Stone Pizza Truck sight unseen. I ran into them later at a food truck festival, introduced myself, and they gave me pizza to try—it was amazing and I breathed a sigh of relief that we chose wisely. Fast forward to June 17, day of wedding, and I was nervous—would people have to wait too long for pizza, did we choose types people would enjoy? “We’ve been using Mirabella’s for at least 10 years for catering events and they’ve always been outstanding. We just had an event for 16 requiring finger food with gluten free options and once again, Chef Stephen did a terrific job. Everybody loved the bacon wrapped scallops, GF coconut shrimp, the chicken saltimbocca skewers, and the fruit skewers. The non GF people also enjoyed the pretzel sandwiches and pigs in a blanket. Prices are reasonable. We had to pick up the food and travel 2 hours with it and it was ready on time and he packed it up for easy transport. “Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

“I used Eatible Delights for catering for a small corporate lunch. Everyone truly loved the food and made sure to let me know how much they enjoyed it. The delivery and set up was on time, and the delivery person was very courteous and helpful. And while the lunch was meant to be simple, I appreciate the extra touch with the bouquet of flowers and the attention to detail when setting up. It let me know I can trust them for our much larger gatherings for the future.
There were small nuances that I didn't really like. I asked specifically for no bottled waters. We are a clean drinking water company, using our own water filter technology and don't ascribe to the whole bottled water culture. I also asked specifically for a majority of diet coke to swap out for the bottled waters. We didn't get those and we were still given bottled waters. While it may seem small to others, it is a thing for the people in this particular office. Aside from that, everything was very lovely. Thank you“

“I tried the Farm Chicken Chop Salad with honey mustard dressing and found it to be surprisingly good. Get the dressing on the side and apply it as you want it. About half way through I switched to the house dressing as the honey mustard was sweeter than I could handle. As it was Super Bowl Sunday, they were out of all soups except chicken veg, which was good also.“
