“A fantastic place ! I come for the vanilla shakes! My mother in law had taken to enjoying them often, and because she has onset dementia, we want to make sure anything that makes her the happiest is something she’ll always have. The staff is SUPERB—always friendly and responsive. I know that goes to the training they receive, so a huge shout out to the management there for making it such a pleasure to get something there. I don’t even have to say what I’m ordering when I go in—they all know. Thank you for making our lives that much more of a treat.“

“Been coming here since I was a kid, so 30+ yrs. Staff is almost always friendly and helpful and they have standard DQ ice cream, but my minor gripe is they have yet to figure out a line system in the store for ordering which just annoys me to no end since you can enter from two sides and there are three ordering windows, and it’s never clear which ones are open. Sometime people don’t know who is next in line and/or people will jump the line. On busy nights it’s straight chaotic. Solutions are so easy!“
