I was really craving a heart donut for Valentine’s Day so my fiancé went and picked them up for me. He bought one chocolate and one pink heart donut. Super disappointing. Both donuts were old. These aren’t donut that were baked this morning. They don’t even taste this way at the office after sitting in the box all day. These were straight up two old heart donuts. Not puffy, not yummy just thick flat old donuts. Even the cream on the pink one was not yellow anymore but a translucent dry sticky. Yuck! This place is right by our house but unfortunately we will not be retuning. Really disappointed.

No effort or desire to put effort into serving customers. Some staff very rude, kind of like a woke up on the wrong side of the bed thing. And don’t get me started on the burning of the food, happens literally every time.
They say open at 5:30am....there is never anyone there. You should post your real hours.
