Ordered a Quesadilla and Torta restaurant was completely empty I should have caught the message. Food is not good, quesadilla was half cooked, Torta was just ok. Food overall a C- and that’s being generous !

I put an order for 20 tacos from the website and they had it ready for me with no problem. June 5th... Then I bought the same thing on July 18th and the employee said they could not give me any food, only a refund. I tried to contact the customer support from their website. I also tried to contact their e-mail and they never replied to me. It has been ten days now.

Horrible, my client was trying to order dinner for her and hubby. Well the young lady who answered the phone was unprofessional. She was impatient taking order over the phone and eventually hung up on my client. I could not believe it. Thank God, I’m super efficient. I called another El Limon restaurant located in West Chester. They were super nice and patient my client was able to order her food.

Something has changed here. Their chicken fajitas used to be a 10, but no more. The last few times we’ve been there over the past year, the fajitas have been disappointing.

Takeout was terrible!! Fajita’s didn’t come with barely anything. No shredded cheese, no pico, no quac., no side of anything. The chicken was very dry. Loaded nachos were gross. Chips were stale, brown quac, no cheese, no sour cream.

This chain has gone down in quality and quantity of food served. Better food at taco bell.

A great visit to El Limon West Chester. We were greeted and seated right away upon entry. The menu had many good offerings. We shared chicken quesadillas and loaded ground beef nachos. Both items were delicious. The guacamole and ground beef were outstanding! Both plates were generous portions, too. I highly recommend El Limon West Chester!
