A quick lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Had a tasty chicken burro with mole sauce. Fresh and a good portion. Any larger and it would have been a waste really.Took 3/4 star off for no liquor license but I will BYOB next time for a margarita or 2.Clean, good service and a nice low key atmosphere. No roaming mariachis or servers wearing sombreros to distract from the from the meal.I lived in Phoenix and Tucson for 30+ years and this place would fit in there.

The restaurant name might have changed, the receipt says Atexquita Mexican Restaurant. Ate there last night with my wife, the food was good. Had a torta loca, bistec mixteco, and flan. Very friendly service.

This place was excellent. The attention to food quality, presentation and authenticity was amazing. It has changed hands and now has a different menu and is not nearly as good. So sad for me cause it was a favorite and there are so few like it.
