We are visiting from Indiana and decided to stop by for a sweet treat. Service was excellent, we got a small Belgian cookie which was DELICIOUS, a small mango which was also very good and a medium Oreo. My family and I enjoyed all three flavors and left very happy!
We really liked that they are open past 10pm. It really helped us out and it was such an inviting and cute atmosphere. Everything looked clean and definitely recommend this establishment!

The most excellent high-quality frozen dessert experience! Technically not ice cream, but my favorite place to go for ice cream? I have also had their cakes which are excellent. The service is always friendly even when the line is out the door.

I'm from ATL and never find a good gelato place. I am at Wilmington for work and drove 35 min here to try, and I didn't regret it. The best gelato ever! I will drive again tomorrow for sure! ☺️

6/19/24 My daughter and I just finished our gelato at Gemelli's. We went to Italy for 10 days in 2022, and we ate gelato 2-3 times per day in Milan, Venice, Florence, and Rome. Gemelli's gelato is world-class and every bit as legit as gelato in Italy. Must visit if you appreciate the best.

Absolutely recommend for a sweet treat. The strawberry Stracciatella tastes like a hand dipped chocolate covered strawberry!! (It was so good, I forgot to take a photo until half way through) :)

We love stopping here for a treat. Because everything is made with fresh ingredients and no artificial coloring, we choose coming here with our son over other options. The best gelato we’ve had outside of Italy!

I have always loved the Phoenixville location and tried West Chester for the first time. The gelato was amazing as always. I loved the gelato flights and the different flavors. The employee was very nice and allowed us to take the time to choose our flavors. Cute areas to sit and enjoy.
