This farm to table unique pick is definitely a destination. It has a wonderful atmosphere of a curated meal, single seating in a cozy setting. It is truly vegan, a set menu makes it easy. Years ago, and long before we retired and hit the road, we were lucky enough to get a last minute reservation to Vedge while in Philadelphia. So when we heard that a sister restaurant opened in historic Dillworthtown we were excited. While back in the Philadelphia area, we finally visited to celebrate a birthday. While not a place we can routinely visit due to the cost, it was an outstanding place for a celebration. Everything from talking to the owners to the food was excellent....
