The BEST Americano! They pour the hot water first and pull the espresso second,so you get to enjoy the beautiful crema! (And their house-roasted coffee gives a beautiful crema) Plus, the espresso-to-water ratio (an 8 ounce Americano has two shots of espresso) results in pure velvety magic. I add a few drips of half & half. Order it “for here” to enjoy the luscious dream in a ceramic cup.
The Gryphon is my go-to coffee and tea shop. Everything they make is delicious and high quality. They also offer a variety of gluten free granola bars and snacks which is awesome. Lastly, I want to highlight the consistent, incredible service here. Everyone that works here is so friendly; but beyond that, it is the only coffee shop I’ve been to that always acknowledges my child and makes him a complimentary small cup of steamed milk. It is a small gesture, but goes a long way....
