Phenomenal. Excellent cajun food. The owner is an inviting and affable host; service was top-notch, too. I stopped in without any expectations and was drawn to this place because they had gumbo. Everything I had was EXCELLENT. The bread, the gumbo, the jambalaya, the creme brulee, even the coffee (had a hint of cinnamon in it, which was a nice touch, in my opinion). This place offers takeout as well as dine-in. We just got takeout for the whole family, and we eat the food here about a few times a year. The food here is spectacularly delicious and high quality. The chefs know what they’re doing. It’s not overly-seasoned. The staff are some very great people too <3

Went with a friend who had been before
We took a bottle of wine as the restaurant does not sell alcohol
Service was great as was the atmosphere
The menu has a lot of interesting choices
I had the blanked chicken strips, which were spicy and soft and everyone else tried and enjoyed
We then had the chicken jambalaya, the special of blackened catfish on jambalaya and a seafood etouffe
All were excellent and very filling
