Kildares Irish Pub - West Chester, PA

Sat outside on the street, which was great people watching with the events going on. Service by the new waiter wasn't good, but it wasn't bad. She didn't know alot when asked about menu items and forgot to take some people's orders during the beverage round and food round. The reuben egg rolls were good and different. Had to try the house sauce on the wings, they were on the bigger side and were cooked perfectly. However the blue cheese had a bland flavor and seemed water downed. The jalapenos were a tasty treat, as everyone else enjoyed them, and I only got one to try.

We had 10 people, 6 kids!, and Hunter was so kind and accommodating. The food was great and all the staff was so nice.

I visited this place with friends and we spent the entire night here. They keep hold of your credit/bank cards, and I accidentally left mine behind. When I returned the next day to collect it, the experience was shockingly unpleasant. The bar staff were dismissive, rude, and made me feel foolish for something as simple as forgetting my card. The man who seemed to be a manager showed absolutely no management skills in the way he spoke to both me and his own staff while I waited. The complete lack of professionalism was embarrassing on his part. Never got my card back.

One of the best bars in West Chester. Spent nights here with friends playing music trivia, listening to karaoke, and enjoying plenty of drinks. There's always something fun going on. The outdoor front & back patios are just what you want on warm summer days.

Normally, I love Kildare’s. I love the food. I love the atmosphere and normally love the service. Today we wanted to sit outside. We were the only ones to sit outside and the bar was almost empty when we sat down. We ordered two beers and two appetizers 20 minutes later only got our appetizers with an excuse that the bar was busy.

I was pretty upset not because the late service but because they brought out our food before we had even gotten our drinks so our food would sit there and get cold. We did not touch the food had probably a sip of water and our waiter came back out to tell us it would be even a longer wait for our drinks so we decided not to stay and told them that we were leaving. We didn’t touch the food, and the waitress was not apologetic at all.

I do feel bad because I love this place and love going there, but this was unacceptable. I wanted to reach out just in case Kildares wanted payment for the meal that we did not eat.

matt and pace are the BEST bartenders i’ve ever met. both super kind and really good at their job. make the best drinks in town. if you want to get great service go visit. both super handsome.

Kildaires is an amazing bar with good food that has served as an amazing place for my family to watch the christmas parade and a great place to visit for st pattys day. Its a great place to be on thursdays and sundays for karoke as well. I have only ever been kicked out once and that was due to being too hammered so I apologize for that.

Been here a few times and always get great service. The bouncers Bri and JT were very respectful and kept the line moving. I will be back soon.

I tried their Guiness stout, and it was excellent. The servers were friendly and available. Lots of social events there. We did nt try their food, so I can't comment on it. Overall, a very nice Irish bar. I would go again.
