Friendly staff and delicious ice cream!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 stars! Excellent ice cream and very friendly staff. As soon as you enter, you are hit with the delicious aroma of fresh chocolate and candies. If you travel to West Chester this is a place you must visit!
They charged me $3 dollars for some chocolate syrup that's ridiculous
We were very excited to purchase two bunnies in solid white chocolate from Kilwins as it has a good reputation. Upon opening said bunnies at home, a plastic chemical smell permeated the air and unfortunately the taste too. ☹️ We will not return here when in West Chester again.
We recently purchased an ice cream cake from Kilwins, and unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The cake did not taste fresh and the overall quality was far below what we expected, especially given how expensive everything is.
Another concern is that they don’t display prices on most items in the store. That alone should be a warning sign—you don’t know what you’re paying until checkout, and the final price definitely felt like a rip-off.
Based on this experience, we won’t be returning, and I would recommend checking out other places for better quality and value.
Products have not prices on them. People look at the product then they learn the price right at the cashier where is too late to change their mind. This place is such a rip off. It is not worth it.
This is the best place to stop in West Chester after a dinner out...or any other time for chocolate or ice cream in a wide array of flavors. Great staff and a good old home time feel. We love coming here and will often.
Awesome place. They have greate ice cream and peanut butter snacks! Their staff are the nicest i have ever met.
We stopped after dinner at Sedona. We have wanted to stop in so many times. We felt like we were on the boardwalk at the beach. What a cute place! The young lady that helped us was very pleasant. Fudge is delicious.
Most expensive ice cream I’ve ever purchased! Asked for a kids size and got a single scoop of ice cream with a little hot fudge and it cost me $8.11. Ridiculous! Can’t imagine how much it would have been if I went with my family of five. Won’t be going back.

Feels overpriced for what you get. Bored, tired, teenage staff. :( The ice cream wasn't bad... I might go again if the impulse strikes, but I'll probably try other places around before I do.
Not sure if Kilwins can actually accommodate an egg allergy or not, but the people working the counter on Sunday 5/25 did not seem interested at all in trying. Stopped in with my family of 5 after dinner and we were hoping to get some ice cream. My oldest has an egg allergy and other places in the past have been able to accommodate. Most of time it was as simple as using a clean scooper. I understand the store protecting themselves, just didn't expect to be dismissed so quickly.
Best ice cream ever!
Definitely amazing ice cream and chocolate.
Love their chocolate covered pretzels with Carmel and nuts! I wish I had a Kilwins in Pittsburgh.
