Dined at Kooma in a party of two on a Friday night. It was all good. We were seated immediately, our server appeared promptly, and drinks and food followed in an orderly and timely fashion. We had 4 sushi rolls of various kinds as well as edamame and steamed gyoza appetizers. Everything was very good. The vibe is upbeat, modern, maybe a bit minimalist, and it all works. Recommended.
We were disappointed to learn that the new lettuce wraps contain sesame seeds to which we are allergic, we had hoped to try them. Maddie was an excellent server, she took extra care with our allergy restrictions and helped guide us through the new menu. She is an asset to your team! We look forward to coming back again soon!
My first time to Kooma. We had a reservation and got right in on our designated time. Hostess was polite and seated us. Server was polite. However, didn't know the food menu very well. The restaurant was failry clean. This is not a place for a quiet meal, it is very loud and the lights and color scheme give a njght club vibe. The drink menu is very extensive, many martini options (around $13-15). The short rib appatizer were so good. Edamame appitizer was also very good....
