Absolutely worst customer experience I've ever received. I multiple issues getting to the establishment and called to cancel my order. Nobody picked up the first time but they picked up the second time which was apparently past there cancelation window by that point. They refused to refund me. I never got my food or anything. I've never experienced service so badly. Hopefully no one ever has an emergency on their way over and can't make it. You will be out of luck then. Will never return to this establishment.

Their Bubble teas are nice. Their Thai tea is not up to the mark when compared to others that I have tried around the neighborhood. The service is good. I like how they seal the drink. Drinks are a little expensive and their food selection is very limited especially for vegetarians.
Coffee slush is my go to! I love it here! my favorite place to be! :) And the macrons! So good! And I really like the vibe of this location in West Chester, it's a nice place to hang and drink the slush! And the staff there is always so nice!
