The place is very clean and the selections are plenty. Their Thai Tea is better than the places around it. It could be a little sweeter though. The menu items are not confusing. The only complain is that the majority of the drinks sizes come only in large. That limits the selection to be very small in medium sizes for folks who are not looking for such a large drink. Need to take a star off for that.
I went with a typical boba drink, the brown sugar milk tea with boba and my husband went with the lychee tea with jelly. We didn't know what kind of jelly they use for the lychee drink, and staff were nice to offer us a taste. Both drinks were good but the lychee was a bit floral tasting. They only offer 1 size, which are tall yet slim. Coincidentally, a big national chain boba place is just around the corner, but we wanted to try a more local place.

The place is a little one, but enough seating for 2 to 4 at a time, maybe 12 people can sit here at a time, but they had little games- like jenga and uno to play while you sipped and enjoyed. The bubble teas were great and priced lower than some of the big chains. ?Kid-friendliness: My kid and I had a nice time.
