The place is a little one, but enough seating for 2 to 4 at a time, maybe 12 people can sit here at a time, but they had little games- like jenga and uno to play while you sipped and enjoyed. The bubble teas were great and priced lower than some of the big chains. ?Kid-friendliness: My kid and I had a nice time.

Threw our drink out after one sip,both drink tasted off, idk if the staff was having a bad day or what, and you might want to consider looking into your personal hygiene especially working at a food service, one staff breath really stinks, could smell it 5 feet away.

I'm not a fan of this boba tea. Both drinks we ordered were not good. It tasted too artificial. The store also had a strange smell inside. Go to the one in Glen Mills for way better tea.

The place is very clean and the selections are plenty. Their Thai Tea is better than the places around it. It could be a little sweeter though. The menu items are not confusing. The only complain is that the majority of the drinks sizes come only in large. That limits the selection to be very small in medium sizes for folks who are not looking for such a large drink. Need to take a star off for that.
Used to come here a lot, recently taste has been really off, the last few time I was here I always get the same drink, but all 3,4 time it taste different, and poor hygiene.

I went with a typical boba drink, the brown sugar milk tea with boba and my husband went with the lychee tea with jelly. We didn't know what kind of jelly they use for the lychee drink, and staff were nice to offer us a taste. Both drinks were good but the lychee was a bit floral tasting. They only offer 1 size, which are tall yet slim. Coincidentally, a big national chain boba place is just around the corner, but we wanted to try a more local place.

I love the Ruby Milk Tea and the Pineapple Mojito as well! They have some games to play, and I played Jenga which is one of my favorites! I'll be there the next time I visit West Chester!

I was in their store. I spilled my drink and politely asked if i could get a replacement. I don’t know her name but she rudely said that isn’t her problem and can’t replace the drink. I have no problem with her not replacing the drink but rudely saying “it’s not her problem” was rude.
