l walked in 20 minutes ago and ordered the Frozen Pumpkin Latte. Usually, when I order pumpkin drinks, I can't tell it is pumpkin. This was the perfect amount that you could taste it without being overpowering. Because it was so delicious, I had to write a review. All of the workers were so friendly and welcoming as well! Will definitely stop by again!

Mayday is my go-to spot to visit whenever I'm in West Chester! I recently had their iced strawberry matcha latte and it was AMAZING. Their food is just as delicious. The vibes in here are always a 10/10 and the staff members are so sweet. They even have a flower shop in the back of the cafe. West Chester has a ton of cafes right now, but I highly recommend that Mayday be your first stop!

The space was cozy and perfect for our celebration, and the drinks were amazing! Our guests were so amazed with the atmosphere. Being new to the area my husband and I have been touring coffee shops to find our new Monday morning date spot.
This morning we tried out Mayday and instantly upon walking in we were impressed. It was light and airy, beautifully designed and very clean.
We ordered the banana bread cold brew and vanilla cream cold brew. The coffee was strong and smooth and the flavor was perfect without being overwhelmingly sweet.
For food we shared the avocado toast topped with a hardboiled egg and the adult grilled cheese. My avocado toast was fresh and the bread was perfectly crisp but the real star was the adult grilled cheese (the garlic aoli will live rent free in my head).
Already looking forward to coming back next Monday!

Honestly, I don’t know where to start. I walked in the Mayday coffee shop, expecting a cute welcoming environment and was met with grossness and mild hostility. This coffee shop was truly Disappointing it’s not worth your time or your money. My two coffees were both disgusting and lacked any vanilla they tasted like watered down cream mind you they were both iced vanilla lattes considering I spent $14 on two coffees. I would hope they at least tasted okay I ended up throwing both of them out and driving to Wawa because anything is better than this place. I watched the woman who made my coffee, Use the same whisk in both of them. The one was meant to be made with almond milk and the other one with heavy cream, and she took the whisk from the almond milk one and stuck it straight in the heavy cream one, without hesitation or washing it I fear for the people who have serious allergies because the neglect of staff is truly going to cause harm. Being busy is never an excuse for poor health standards! I’m not one to write reviews. In fact, I’ve never written a review, but I feel so deeply hurt and disappointed by how I was treated inside of Mayday as someone who looks different then most I’m used to some strange looks, but when you are in a service industry I truly hope you could put that aside it’s not your job to pass judgement or harm onto others. I hope that everybody else Has a better experience than I had But honestly, you shouldn’t waste your time on a place that does not care about you, your health or your safety. It’s honestly disappointing. I hope management or the owner finds this review and speaks with staff about proper food handling and being kind to others because these practices will kill a business. I truly wish you the best but I will not be returning.

Found Mayday on Instagram before it opened and I felt like the piece of the west coast I was missing was finally arriving locally. Literally a dream of mine: a coffee shop with west coast easy bright energy, plants & niche gifts, flowers, cozy. And the whole mental health origin of the name … 🫶🏼. Just truly one of my favorite places to just be. And every one of us loves it! My husband loves the egg & sausage sandwich and our girls love the hot chocolate and vanilla beignets. The s’more iced latte w/ oat is 🤌🏼. Definitely a must try. ☕️

Allergy warning!!! The avocado toast was served to me with dairy butter on it, which is not indicated on the menu anywhere. The menu states the following ingredients: sourdough, avocado, micro greens, lemon slice, sea salt, pepper, chili flakes. I had to ask for a new plate and they got it out to me quickly. Super dangerous to not mark things with allergens.
Lackluster experience otherwise. Happy to see soy milk on the menu, but considering I can’t trust that my food won’t have dairy in it, I likely won’t order food here again.

We went to Mayday Coffee shop to get some coffee with my wife. I was impressed with the Halloween decoration and interior. It was cute. Because of the big windows and high ceilings there was a lot of light and air. If I was claustrophobic I'd feel myself great there. My lavender honey latte was great, however, my wife's matcha turned out to be too sweet. She was told that they used sweetened matcha, which was not indicated anywhere in the menu. When my wife tried to return this drink, she was not met with the politeness and great service. So, I will say that this coffee shop is good but they need to work on their customer service.
