Food is disappointing. Too small for the prices. Sandwiches come with no side, no nothing. They forgot the avocado i paid $2 extra for. Not worth it. Save your

Such a shame that this place is so beautiful, but the service is awful. Waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. There was only one girl making the coffee, and she had no sense of urgency, not to mention it was clear that she was sick. Management needs to hire people who are motivated and allow them to stay home if they’re sick. This was my recent experience and the terrible service matches the other 4 times I’ve been here. If you need good coffee in a timely manner I recommend Turks Head.

I was truly excited to try this coffee shop but unfortunately it was disappointing. The turkey pesto sandwich was flavorless and underwhelming considering the price. The lavender honey latte lacked the most important component, lavender. This is my first and last time going here. I would strongly recommend going to other coffee shops in West Chester like Turks Head Cafe or Gryphon Cafe.

I've been here several times. It has a great aesthetic, but the drinks are mediocre and very overpriced, and the drink menu itself is limited. I haven't had the food so I won't comment on that. I do NOT get the chai unless you want it to taste solely of ginger, no other flavors.

The best coffee spot in the area, the staff and owners are amazing people, the coffee is phenomenal, and the ambience inside is one of a kind. Will be back!!

Beautifully chic, cozy, clean coffee shop! Aesthetically pleasing but also has great drinks. Great place to do some work. Great place to catch up with a friend. There are a lot of seats, more than a Starbucks. It’s definitely more than a coffee shop. You can purchase flowers there as well. There’s also a place to do work in the back and a couch to have more space of your own with a group or solo.Wheelchair accessibility: Through the back entrance

This was my second time at Mayday since they opened, and I will not be returning. The first time, I tried their coffee and was extremely disappointed by it. This time, I came in for lunch and ordered two sandwiches—the caprese and the person I was with ordered the turkey pesto. I’m a vegetarian, so it was nice to see two sandwich options (besides a grilled cheese) on the menu. We placed our order without anyone mentioning anything, and the food was brought to us without anything being said. Upon taking a bite into my sandwich, I realized it didn’t have tomato on it, and the turkey pesto was also missing tomato. Additionally, the turkey sandwich had ONE slice of turkey on it. These sandwiches run for $10, more with tax, and even more when you tip 20% for service. The fact that no one said anything at any point before us getting these sandwiches was, in my opinion, very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I spoke to someone behind the counter, though, who offered to make us something else, which was appreciated.Overall, this place is not worth the hype. The atmosphere is the only redeeming quality of the space, which is not enough to maintain a strong base of customers that want to frequent your establishment. With the amount of coffee shops to choose from, there are way better options in West Chester for you to support.

The latte was good. The atmosphere was really cool! Not enough seating although it was a busy Saturday morning. I loved looking at all the unique items for sale while standing in line. Considering the crowd we got our drinks pretty quickly.Parking: Plenty of street parking even on holiday weekend
