nothing wrong with the staff, the only thing I can complain about is their ingredients. Obviously they are trying to make a profit which is understandable because it is a small business, however everytime I eat at mikes my stomach just cant deal with it. I believe it has to be the cheese because other pizzerias don't mess up my stomach like Mikes.

If you don't want a lawsuit in the future, you should tell your staff to make sure the food is prepared as requested. I ordered a honey mustard chicken hoagie, just lettuce, tomato and the honey mustard, NO CHEESE, NO SALT, NO BLACK PEPPER. I ordered it for pickup, when I started eating it, it tasted kinda "funny", and I'm looking at it, the honey mustard looked more like Caesar dressing, but as I dissect it more, lo and behold, it had cheese! If my throat had closed up from an allergic reaction, I would sue you(worse, my family would cause I might not be on this earth any more) Train your staff better, for everyone's sake

Two cheesesteaks and one order of fries $39.65. After 30 years I think we’ve ordered our last food from Mike’s. Sorry too because we’ve always liked the food and the people but the people are different and $15 for a cheesesteak is outrageous.

They are very light on toppings. Ordered a large pizza with sausage and it looked like a cheese pizza, not much sausage was added. They could do better considering toppings cost extra.

Food is great. The web site is horrible. Can’t put more than one item in the cart? Doesn’t make sense. I had to submit multiple orders to get more than one item. There was no way to get back to the menu without having to sign in all over again, losing what was already in the cart.
