New Haven’s is hands down one of the best gems in West Chester. My mommom and and I used to come here all the time, and she requested it as her last meal before she passed. She LOVED their fried chicken platter. Now, my father and I still order from here. The food is quality, the amount is plenty for what you pay for, and everyone is so nice.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend!

Family owned. Great place for take out. Been coming here over 15 years and the place has always been immaculately clean. This family takes great pride in their restaurant.

guys/owner:
please once and for all explain why this is called new Haven Pizza?
Your pizza is delish but....
its Drexel hill or Greek style....
It is not New Haven style. This pic is Frank Pepes in New Haven.
Suggestion:change your name to New Haven Drexel Hill Greek Style Pizza or....
New Haven Pizza(Drexel Hill/Greek Style).
Why?
So you communicate to your customers what you sell

Thank you

Stopped in to try some pizza. They don’t sell slices, rather they sell personal sized pizzas. It was just ok. Not “New Haven style” as one could expect, but I guess locals know that with the 50ish years it’s been around. The crust kind of gave me soft pretzel vibes. I did get charged extra to pay with a card with no notice or mention. Hate that. Whatever, lots of other places to try.

I wanted to express my disappointment with my recent experience ordering food from your restaurant. My phone call lasted less than 30 seconds, and during the order I was told, “Alright, hurry up, what are we doing?” in a rude and impatient tone.

As potential first-time customers, this immediately made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service is a big part of deciding where to spend our money, and this interaction left a very poor first impression.

I understand restaurants can get busy, but speaking to customers that way is unprofessional and discouraging. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers have a better experience.

I walked in there thinking it was new haven style pizza based on the name, it in fact is not new haven style but is still pretty decent.

Great spot! My go-to is the cheesesteak, but the gyros and the cheeseburgers are great too. Really can’t go wrong!

First time we stopped in after shopping at Carlino's Italian Market.
We walked in, warmly greeted, very hospitable service and accommodating.
All we had was a personal cheese pizza and crispy French fries and Gold Peak green tea. A college basketball on three TV's. Not crowded on a Sunday afternoon in March.
The personality of the front of the house person would make us want to come back and our food was perfect and the experience, terrific.

Casual dine in or take out. We usually dine in. A traditional, longtime pizzeria that's consistently good. Lot's of menu options.
