I just thought it would be a joke after April fools day but no. it was legit.. I placed an order online for pick up at 3:45pm for my nephews bday. I get a call at 3:15pm from Papa Johns stating they had no Garlic Knots. No cheesesticks... no meatballs. no Roni papa bites(new item).. and that he would refund my money back?? This person didn't even try to offer something else in the menu...little disappointed since they waited last minute to cancel my order and I had to drive 30 min out of my way to get my nephew his Garlic knots and cheesesticks because that's all he eats(autistic) and it was his Bday.. I will NOT support this local Papa John anymore..

Never had a problem until one evening when I ordered delivery. I made sure to do contactless, and leave at door without ringing bell/knocking as it was midnight! The delivery person ignores this and rings the bell. After standing there they bang on the door waking everyone up. The driver doesn’t leave and keeps banging. Worst thing to possibly happen! Never ordering from here again.

This location is the perfect example of how to do everything WRONG in customer service. This is now my third time placing an order with them and every time the experience just gets worse and worse and this will definitely be my last. All three times I have ordered and paid for extra garlic sauce cups and all three time they have charged me and not delivery the extra sauce. The last two times I have ordered a 2 liter of soda and both time it was not delivery with the driver telling me at my door it was cancelled from my order. Absolutely no attempt from the store to contact me and offer another type of soda or any explanation. Also this time since they removing the 2 two liters from my order it dropped me below the $40 free delivery minimum and they charged me for the delivery. Again no attempt to contact me and offer something else to be added on to the order so I could still meet that requirement. After my complete disappointment from the last two deliveries, I tried to contact the store manager to relay my experiences on both occasions but this location refuses to answer their phone. Both times I waited 5-10 minutes as they repeated just kept putting on the hold music after every time it would ring and didn’t even bother to answer and ask me to hold. So now with no other resort I have wasted more of my night detailing this horrible experience on here in hopes that no other poor souls give them their money. This place is a disgrace to customer service and basic human decency. It’s apparent from their countless recent 1 star reviews that they have no desire to work on any of these terrible business practices and will continue to provide mediocre chain food with horrendous customer service. Please give your money to one of the many great local pizza shops that actually takes pride in the food and service they provide.

We ordered buffalo wings and a pizza. Received wings with no sauce, just plain chicken. At $24.00 for 16 small wings and they can't even get it right. How hard is it.Then try calling to get resolution. No local numbers, you are sent to maze of corporate menus and commercials.Never again. I have already deleted the app from my phone.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and garlic knots for delivery, and I did not receive my order. Instead, I got a medium-onion pizza that was for a woman who lived six miles from me. I spent 30 dollars and did not get my food. I want a refund, but when I called Papa Johns, they would not answer me. This place is hell; do not order from here. Custom service is awful when, on the phone, the lady asks too many questions about my order and still gets it wrong and charges me for things I did not ask for. Why are you charging for sauce?

I just called delivery charges $20 and I live in the area and then I wanted to ordered an extra large plain pizza but then again they charge you on toppings and they were going to charge me the extra large pizza for $30 no wonder you have such bad company. I placed an order for delivery for 2 pizzas boneless chicken on the app. Estimated 35 minutes for delivery. waited for over 1 hour, called the store at which time they told me it would be there any minute. Waited another half hour, called again to cancel the order and get a refund. This happened over a week ago and still have not received a refund and the manager will not answer or respond to calls. 100% will never order here again

Literally this location is robbing the customer telling false information about online placed orders. Placed an online order and was told the online order was not showing up in their system and charged me the second time when I went to store to pickup the food.I was charged twice and went back for refund. The customer service was very rude and not customer friendly. I showed all the transactions that I was charged twice and still was not given the refund back.I would give a negative rating for the place and would not recommend anyone going there. I had the worst experience being there twice and wasting lot of my time.

I will never go back. I think there is new ownership. I ordered Pizza for my son's birthday party. We were literally 3 minutes away from the store. My GPS took me right to the front door, they got lost. Yes they called me but I was at a party and didn't hear the phone. I called them back and was told, "be there in 5 minutes". 10 minutes later I call back, "be there in 5 minutes". Called them back AGAIN. I got put on with the driver, texted the driver my address to confirm. 30 minutes later I can see the driver in the intersection, I had to flag him down. Somehow 12 other families found the place but not the driver.I spoke to the manager three times, no apology or offer to do anything about it. If you mess up in life, make it right and people will get over it. Sadly this business doesn't understand that.
