The food can be good, but customer service needs work.Last night, we had a problem with a delivery order that we entered on the website, meaning there's no way a person could have misheard the order. I tried calling the store to get the order corrected, but their customer service is extremely hard to reach. the new parm pizza was great!just, the person working there does not know english well or cant understand me well. Near impossible to communicate w at first but figured out a way around it. and who cares because they sure can cook! was awesome but definitely pj's not as consistent as domino's was which was why i i initially switched but i tried them again and was pleasantly surprised. also surprised this place is so empty on a friday night which skeched me out a little haha!

I usually order from this Papa Johns about twice a week. They consistently have friendly individuals working there and they always have prompt quality service. I come here over other places because they consistently serve well made hot pizzas. Unlike other places other I never have a pizza that isn’t made well here.
