Solid spot for the area. I wish they had more Hawaiian food options since that's more unique. I got the BBQ chicken, the were out of the kalula pork. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked, not too dry. I wish there was more veggies but the mac salad was decent. My mom got the Hawaiian shrimp platter; shrimp were cooked well and pretty big in size. I was a bit skeptical about going here after reading reviews about how the establishment break health violation codes... eat at your own discretion. I would return to try the ramen.
Had my favorite friend rice. Sad I couldn’t get it one more time.
Shut down by the health department. 3rd time failing and finally getting cease and desist.
Pull up the health department website for some gems like this - “The Person in Charge does not have adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection.”-“Facility was observed to be experiencing an uncontrolled infestation of multigenerational German cockroaches.””Multiple containers of food stored open in several refrigerators and freezers and in contact with other soiled equipment.””Raw chicken was stored above ready to eat food.” EDIT - also just saw on the report unlicensed use of pesticides. Literally trying to poison their customers. Yikes.
They are temporarily closed! I ordered on the website, money withdrawn from my account and went to pick up and there was a cease and desist notice!!
Yum, double meats.
Good food and service 👍🏼
It's good but not exceptional. It just needs some slight attention to the food. I was there several times and the food is improving. The service is much better too.
The food was fresh, flavorful - the spicy ramen was actually spicy, the pork and cabbage tasted like a good homemade meal (smoky, crunchy, steaming hot). The only bummer was the ambiance. I would kindly recommend them choosing a paid music subscription because the radio with a ton of ads is not cutting it. Maybe that’s just a weekday afternoon thing? Or maybe don’t do first date there? But if counting the number of side effects of an eye medication sounds fun to you while you eat, you’re in luck. Either way, do go there and support them because they have excellent food.
Nice and good
Both of my kids have had friend birthday dinners at Rai Rai Ramen! My entire family loves this place!! A fan favorite is their pork buns!!!!! I love the shio ramen set, my husband loves their spicy seafood, and I think my kids like the shoyu ramen set and the curry ramen set! Now that there's a second door to keep out the blasts of cold air in winter, everyone can relax and just enjoy the ramen in the dining area!! And every now and then I enjoy some bubble tea with my meal!

Food is awesome.
Going there is such a pleasure. The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful.
Best ramen I have had in west Chester. Have been back many times. Only complaint is that they served me and my party separately.
Everything good except for the premade boba tea. You'd expect good fresh boba tea for a restaurant.
Very good place
