I can't say enough good things about Scoops N Smiles! We had them at a corporate event recently and Akain was fantastic! The ice cream and water ice was a hit and everyone loved it! Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

This ice cream place has a prime location in the center of town. It had been on our Bucket List of ice cream shops to try for quite a while, but we finally visited on a Friday evening after school. The street was closed to traffic so we could sit outside and eat—something we looked forward to doing.The inside of the store was pretty nasty. The floor was sticky. The back of the store stunk like not-so-clean bathrooms. The lighting was low and uninviting. Next to the stinky bathrooms was a selection of self-serve toppings...a nice idea, but they looked iffy and old. There was one employee who was not overly pleasant but not negligent. Just eh. The ice cream selection was pretty good, but my son was disappointed at the lack of Cookie Monster. He opted for blue water ice that he did not enjoy. The ice cream was mediocre. The prices were okay, but definitely too high for the quality. My kids didn't want to touch anything inside so we ventured outside to eat and were pretty disappointed with the overly wobbly table and chairs. We only sat for a minute or two before heading home. We can check this one off the list and head back to Cookie Dope for our next ice cream adventure.

I didn't catch her name, but she offered me a taste of the lemon meringue pie with pieces of Graham Cracker ice cream... all I can say is... YUMMMMMY!!! I'M DEFINITELY GOING BACK!!!

Very upsetting that my African American daughter and her girlfriend went in there yesterday in the early evening. Wasn’t greeted and was given an attitude as they were ordering. My daughter came home extremely upset. Talking about how rude the staff treated them. Even though they spent their money there. A white family came in shortly after they did and was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles. If there are cameras there feel free to view them. They went there between 5-6 pm. Somewhere around that time. We will not be returning. Not sure what the problem was. Either the color of their skin or the sexual preference.My daughter walked all the way there just to get me a flavor she can’t find anywhere else. She works at Dairy Queen and they don’t have it. So she was excited to find somewhere that had butterscotch ice cream. Only to be mistreated.

They have ALOT of flavors. The water ice is really really good. I actually liked it even more than the ice cream and the ice cream was good. Creamy, full of flavor. I got peach ice cream and blueberry water ice. The peach had soft bits of peaches in it. it wasnt fake tasting or too sweet. Seriously delicious. Blueberry water ice surprised me at how good it was. Highly highly recommend this place and if I'm in Pennsylvania again I will definitely be going back. Wish they had a shop in MA!
