We had the brisket, pulled pork, mac n cheese, potato salad, and salmon yesterday. All I can say is wow. The pulled pork is amazing, it was all amazing and flavorful. It even came with a bottle of bbq sauce, which my kids and I loved and fight over. I wasn’t sure if we would like it, because my kids and I are super picky. But, we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely give them a try for your events you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I had the Southbound BBQ Truck cater our backyard wedding this last weekend and let me tell you - it was AMAZING! I can't recommend them highly enough! Brad was incredibly thorough as we went over the details while planning and the staff at the event were so kind and served everyone quickly. The food was to die for!! Some of the best BBQ we've ever had! It was one of the top highlights of our wedding and our guests are still talking about how delicious the ribs were!

Brad and his crew catered our wedding and wow were they wonderful. Brad, from start to finish of the planning process was helpful, attentive, and friendly. From meeting us where we were, to getting yummy food into our guest’s mouths, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. If you go with them… the chicken and waffle appetizers are DELICIOUS.

We used Southbound to cater our wedding. Working with Brad over the last year has been great. He is professional, upfront, kind and was very willing to answer our many many questions. We had 170 guests at our wedding and it was a hit across the board. Food was made to perfection, and was served warm and quickly. They also butlered our cocktail hour which went smoothly. The food truck itself was also a fun touch to the day! I would highly recommend them to people!

Southbound BBQ catered our dinner as part of a weekend-long celebration for CCWA Paradise Farm Camp's 150th Anniversary earlier this month. Brad was amazing throughout the planning process and event. We chose the food truck option and made selections from both the Smokehouse BBQ Menu and the Luxe Menu. Some of our guests are vegetarians and some have gluten sensitivities. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal as well as the service. We highly recommend Brad for your catered event and look forward to working with him again.

Hired for a 500+ person company picnic. Service was fantastic from start to finish. Brad is so easy to work with, very responsive and flexible. Food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Would recommend!

We had such a great experience with Southbound BBQ and Catering! We hired them for my daughter’s co-ed baby shower bbq. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was right on time. The service was fantastic, and the owner went above and beyond—working with us to pick the perfect combination of dishes for the meal, even to prepare a special dish for the father to be. They stayed in touch throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free and seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing BBQ and top-notch service!
